Excellent hotel. Great location, friendly receptionists. Clean rooms, towels, and bed linens. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, and air conditioning. Good breakfast.

An excellent family hotel! It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Old Town, with the closest landmark being Lyabi-Khauz. You can take a taxi to the hotel entrance, although some of the Old Town's landmarks are only within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The owner turned on the heating as it had gotten chilly outside that night. You can leave your bags at the hotel after checkout and explore the city for a few hours before your train. We loved the breakfasts, especially the delicious homemade pastries, melons, and watermelons!

It was close to both the airport and train stations, and it was quiet and nice. The breakfast was average for a similar Uzbek hotel. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old town's tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and had plenty of water. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is very convenient, right at the entrance to the old town. While many accommodations in the old town are inaccessible by taxi, this accommodation is just within easy reach. I also left something in a Yandex Go taxi. The host kindly helped me speak to the Yandex driver (you can call via the app, but the driver only speaks the local language), and I was able to retrieve my lost item.

The hotel offers excellent value for money and meets the private owners' expectations of service. Close to Timur's grave.
