Приехала на заселение в ночь. На стойке регистрации меня встретила милая девушка, все рассказала и показала. Но в номере меня ждал ужас: чёрные пятна на стенах, волосы по всему душу, грязные полы. На регистратуре согласились обменять номер на аналогичный. В нем было сломано крепление для душа, но это всяко лучше, чем было в предудщем номере. Утром спустилась на завтрак: по полу первого этажа и столовой бегают рыжие тараканы, забираясь на столы. Итог: к персоналу регустратуры претензий не имею, все остальное оставляет желать лучшего.
