Great
GGuest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.
Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. But down below of this view, the hotel looks at another hotesls' rooms and balconies.
JJessica Always TravelsWe love the location of this hotel. Less than 5 mins walk from the Central Station.
Room is of good size, clean and comfortable. Nice colour and decor of the room, which made the stay pleasant.
Breakfast is good.
GGuest UserThe hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.
SSamhongkanThe main issue during my stay was that some of the facilities were damaged. Although this was resolved the next day, it was quite surprising to encounter such oversights in a new hotel.
Another unusual point was that ride-hailing cars could not stop directly at the hotel entrance for pick-up and drop-off. This was inconvenient for guests, and I hope the hotel can arrange a solution as soon as possible.
ZZeroThis was my second time staying at the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport, and it was an excellent experience once again. The hotel is conveniently connected to the terminal via a covered walkway, making it super easy to walk directly to the airport without any hassle. It's also a breeze to get to the city center, with a metro ride taking only 20 minutes – the location is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool and sauna facilities are top-notch. Breakfast offers a rich and varied selection. Overall, it's a perfect stay for travel, and it'll definitely be my top choice for future trips to and from Copenhagen.
LLing15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.
Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.
Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.
Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.
Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily.
Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.
Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.
GGuest UserScandic Spectrum is a hotel with an excellent location, modern and clean rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, it’s recommended to check any additional service fees in advance to avoid unexpected costs. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers visiting Copenhagen who want convenience and a modern stay in one place.
FFallintutuHygiene: Nobody cleaned the room... After a day out, I came back to find the room exactly as I left it. The conditioner and tissues weren't refilled, and the overflowing trash can wasn't emptied. When I contacted the front desk, they said they only had two cleaners a day and couldn't do anything.
Facilities: The hallway outside the room was a bit old, and there was a strange smell inside the room. The toilet seat was also crooked.
Ambiance: The lobby was quite nice, and there were several restaurants to choose from.
Service: The service attitude was decent, but sometimes I had to queue for a while at the front desk.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super conveniently located near the City Hall Square, making it easy to get around whether by train, subway, or on foot to attractions and shopping streets. The rooms are small but lovely, and very clean, perfect for short trips where you just need a place to rest. The hotel lobby, lounge, dining, and bar areas are all on the top floor, offering great views of the square. Guests can also store their luggage for free, which is a huge plus.
GGuest UserI basically chose this hotel on the reviews and location to Grand Central Station and wasn’t disappointed. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Station (although stick to any smooth footpaths or side of the road if you have a case because the cobblestones are brutal on your wheels 😟, maybe the city authorities could consider this with paths etc especially with people coming into/out of the city’s central station!). The hotel has a lovely cozy lobby, the staff were very pleasant, welcoming and kind. You need to handle your own luggage, not unusual in Europe. The hotel was super clean, nice room with great LED lighting and you can open the windows. And you had your own coffee machine - not that I knew how to work it! Shower was just great and good amenities. You can store your luggage safely in a locked room in the basement. This is really a great hotel, quiet location but you can walk to many bars, coffee houses and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again!!! Nice little bar in the lobby although i didn’t use other F&B.
