The hotel is quite old and a bit run-down. The rooms weren't particularly clean either. The first room I was given hadn't even been cleaned, so I eventually had to switch to a different one. There was a wedding happening downstairs, and the music was audible late into the night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Extremely clean and comfortable to stay in. However, there's no Wi-Fi, and it's not a place you can really get to on foot.

This was my second time staying at this budget hotel, and overall it was still a pleasant experience. The room was clean, though noticeably smaller compared to my previous stay. Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel remains a good choice thanks to its convenient location, making it easy to access nearby places. The Royale Chulan Hotel stay for me very satisfaction it's my second nIght to extend at this hotel. the hotel facilities is great. morning breakfast had variety of dishes, I've extended my third night again its my greatest stay at the hotel ”ROYALE CHULAN”

It's not clean.. The smell of cigarettes is strong.. But I have to stay.. In the picture it's not the same as in reality

I can only say everything here more than I expected, everything is very good in the place, especially the reception, smooth dealing, and finding quick solutions to change, thank you to all the workers from the beginning to the end, I highly recommend this place. استطيع فقط أن أقول كل شي هنا أكثر من ما توقعت كل شي جيد جدا في المكان خاصة الاستقبال وسلاسة التعامل وإيجاد حلول سريعه للتغير التبديل شكرا لكل العاملين من أولهم إلى آخرهم أوصي بالمكان هذا بشدة. Good for value and traveller who need to access to east of Seremban. One towel got red stains, haven't cleaned it up. Also, do not have wardrobe to hang clothes
