We stayed in an ocean view room. It was very close to the sea, and the view from the lanai was absolutely stunning. I think it was one of the ocean view rooms with the best views, being so close to the ocean. I'm very grateful that we were allocated this particular room. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and pleasant, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was also excellent, close to the Duke Kahanamoku statue in the heart of Waikiki. The only downsides were that there was no explanation about the resort points we were supposed to receive as part of our stay. Also, we booked three rooms for six people, but due to their system, we could only process payment for one room at a time. This meant I couldn't use the same credit card for the second room and had to scramble. I'd recommend bringing enough credit cards for each room you book. These two minor issues were a bit disappointing, so I deducted one star from the service rating.

The room facilities and views are top-notch in Hawaii, but the hotel service is unbelievably bad. The front desk staff were arrogant and rude (I don't know if it was racial discrimination), and they didn't inform me of my credit card authorization upon check-in, charging me $400 and $700 in two separate transactions, which I haven't been able to recover yet. For check-out, a shuttle bus is required to pick up luggage from the villa, but after calling for 25 minutes without anyone answering, I finally had to call room service to get a shuttle. The hotel has two restaurants; the casual dining restaurant staff were relatively friendly, but the main restaurant staff were extremely rude. I had to pour my own water/drinks, and they didn't even bring champagne after I finished the appetizers. I strongly advise against going there if you can't stand being treated badly; you'll be driven to the brink of insanity by the staff. Also, the snacks in the room's mini-bar were expired.

I stayed here for 3 nights during my trip to Waikiki. It's a bit far from the main bus routes, so it's best suited for those looking to relax and take it easy in Waikiki. Among the hotels in Waikiki, this one stands out as being exceptionally new, which made for a very comfortable stay. Here are my thoughts: **Pros:** * The room was clean. * Even on a lower floor, the view was good. * Housekeeping was excellent. * Free morning coffee was available. * It came with a kitchenette. **Cons:** * The water pressure was a bit weak. * Due to ongoing renovations, the elevators took a long time, and some facilities were inaccessible. * The front desk/lobby area felt a bit underwhelming (possibly due to the renovations?). * The pool lacked a resort-like atmosphere.

The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

I had seen a lot of negative reviews on various platforms before, but I didn't experience any of those issues myself. 1. I checked in earlier than the official time. The front desk staff was very friendly and explained that my room was still being cleaned, so I couldn't check in immediately. I left my luggage and went out shopping. While I was out, the hotel called to say my room was ready, which was earlier than the standard check-in time. 2. I discussed my room preferences with the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It felt much better than what I had booked.

The view of the hotel facing the sea is very beautiful, and the view of the Makai golf venue next door is also beautiful. The hotel windowsill can look at the sea, and many people surf every morning and evening. Valet parking and resort fees need to be paid to the hotel separately, but are good value for money. The device is indeed out of date, it is still the charger for iphone4, but you can go to the supermarket in Princeville Center to rent a DVD. Soak in the hotel and don't want to go anywhere.

This is my second stay at this hotel, the first being during the Chinese New Year in 2024. I'll skip the pleasantries and get straight to it: this time was quite disappointing. I booked a sea-view twin room for 4 nights, and at several thousand yuan a night, it wasn't cheap. However, the shower was uncomfortable every evening. There was no hot water at all, and I had to let the cold water run for at least ten minutes before it slowly started to warm up. Plus, the water pressure was very low, which was really unpleasant. I couldn't wait to check out before leaving this review. I hope my feedback is helpful to others.

Loved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!.

The hotel is located on the hill, below is the golf course and the beach. Compared to the four seasons that live below the beach, I think the sunset is more beautiful at the Wailea Hotel. In addition, it is very convenient to go to the beach to have a hotel Tesla. Because it is an adult hotel, it is strongly recommended that couples without children come here. The overall garden of the hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The overall service of the hotel is also very thoughtful. The front desk is warm and the hotel can be called golf. Beautiful location close to the beach. First room we were shown was extremely dark so we asked to change to a different one that didn't require to have the lights on during the day. Restaurant was decent, bed was comfortable. The one time we wanted to spend some time by the pool there weren't any chairs left, so would advise to go early to secure a spot.
