3-Star Hotels in Abu Dhabi

I love everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable. The staff are great with professional hospitality. The bars are the best especially the African club. I enjoyed myself.

The staff at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre were friendly and thoughtful. I appreciated the birthday cake and they upgraded me to a suite on my birthday, which was a kind gesture. However, my original room was grimy and uncomfortable. After a long day out on my birthday, I had to cancel my evening plans to move rooms, which was frustrating. The strong outside wind made sleeping difficult, and earplugs were not provided. On top of that, there aren’t many nearby food options, which made things less convenient. Overall, while the staff were polite and considerate, the hotel needs to improve room cleanliness, noise management, and local amenities for a more seamless stay.

Strategic location in the city center. Near many amenities, restaurants, shops/malls, and tourist attractions, reachable even by bus (you'll need to buy and use a bus card, though). The one-bedroom apartment is big and spacious; however, the furniture and toilet are a bit old but still serve their purpose. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, etc., and a washing machine (washing liquid not provided, though). The toilet had a bathtub, which was not convenient for showering. The bed was good, comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the apartment for 4 days and 3 nights with breakfast, and this was the only drawback: the breakfast was provided by an external party, only one type of continental breakfast, cold, and without any drink (either cold or hot). I complained to the hotel but was advised to liaise with Trip.com. Trip.com did their very best, and communication was excellent; even though it was not completely resolved, I was satisfied with the final outcome. The hotel communication was good and cooperative. They even helped me with bus card. My suggestion to future travelers is not to take the breakfast option.

Overall, the hotel was fine — everything inside was okay. and the staff were friendly and cooperative However, the biggest problem was the parking. When I booked, it said there was public parking available with a charge, which I was happy to pay for. But when I arrived, I was shocked to find that although parking is technically “available,” it’s almost impossible to find a space! I had to drive around the area for nearly an hour each time just to find a spot on a side street. It was very exhausting every time I returned to the hotel. I’m not sure whether this issue is with the hotel or with Trip.com, but the information about parking was not made clear at all

The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. They have washing machines in the rooms, a stove, a microwave, etc. Please note, there's no hairdryer or slippers. I stayed in December, and even though it was +20°C outside, I froze in the room. The AC unit couldn't blow warm air, so it was really cold. Otherwise, everything was great. They didn't charge for cleaning, but I also didn't leave anything dirty. The administrator, Vishnu, was always available and quickly helped with everything. P.S. It's not visible in the photos, but there's also a separate bedroom to the left with a large bed and a wardrobe.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

A pleasant surprise. Service was good. Location is good, Lulu freshfood and few other shops couple of minutes away. The hotel is undergoing renovation and we had new modern design rooms. I can warmly recommend this hotel. Location is good, next to a park and quiet location. I will book again when I visit in Abu Dhabi. Extremely clean. I found nothing that I could complain about!

If you're visiting Abu Dhabi for sightseeing, I don't recommend this hotel. It's located in an industrial area with nothing to walk around and all the attractions are very far away. You'd have to rely solely on taxis or public transport (which takes at least an hour and a half) to get anywhere. The hotel itself is very good with wonderful staff; the service is top-notch and they fulfill any request instantly. It's about a 30-minute drive to the airport.

In application there is a bathtub but it turns out there isn't. The cleanliness and friendly staff are quite good. The location is only 15 minutes from the international airport.

The location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride to both the Louvre and the Grand Mosque. It's also right next to Abu Dhabi's main bus station, which is convenient for trips to Dubai. The room was a good size – not too big, not too small. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they were clean, and the area around the hotel was quite quiet. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, so if you don't want to venture far, you can just eat there. Just a heads-up: you need to turn on a switch for the hot water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.
