3-Star Hotels in Abu Dhabi

Staying for one night on a 2-day trip to Abu Dhabi, the overall experience was pretty good, with attention to detail. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast could use some improvement as the variety was very limited and simple.

The Hawthorn Suites City Center proved to be a reliable and comfortable choice, with its highest marks certainly going to the exceptional team working there. The staff were truly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. They went out of their way to ensure any requests were handled promptly and courteously, making the overall experience smooth and genuinely pleasant. This high level of service is definitely the property's strongest asset. Regarding the accommodations, the room was perfectly decent and functional. It provided everything needed for a comfortable city stay, including fast, reliable WiFi and a good, strong shower. All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment.

Strategic location in the city center. Near many amenities, restaurants, shops/malls, and tourist attractions, reachable even by bus (you'll need to buy and use a bus card, though). The one-bedroom apartment is big and spacious; however, the furniture and toilet are a bit old but still serve their purpose. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, etc., and a washing machine (washing liquid not provided, though). The toilet had a bathtub, which was not convenient for showering. The bed was good, comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the apartment for 4 days and 3 nights with breakfast, and this was the only drawback: the breakfast was provided by an external party, only one type of continental breakfast, cold, and without any drink (either cold or hot). I complained to the hotel but was advised to liaise with Trip.com. Trip.com did their very best, and communication was excellent; even though it was not completely resolved, I was satisfied with the final outcome. The hotel communication was good and cooperative. They even helped me with bus card. My suggestion to future travelers is not to take the breakfast option.

Very beautiful and comfortable I like this place and recommend to all please come and experience this ***** beach hostel very near beach ⛱️ and there have a beautiful kitchen also you can make breakfast lunch dinner but before 12pm and main thing is very cheap price with trip.com my favorite app for flight and hotel booking

For a similar price to what we paid in Dubai, the experience here was worlds apart. On the day we checked in, we were given a top-floor room where the rooftop air conditioning units were incredibly noisy. Although they did move us to a different room the next day, it wasted a lot of our time, causing us to miss out on completing our planned itinerary in Abu Dhabi. The hotel facilities are extremely old. The front desk staff's service attitude was okay, but a bit unprofessional – they pointed at people directly with their fingers. And their English, with a strong Arabic accent, made communication quite challenging!

I made a last-minute booking for a one-night stay, arriving late, so I was a bit worried since there wasn't much information about the accommodation. However, the manager on the first floor was very kind and helpful. The room itself was quite spacious and clean. It was convenient having restaurants and supermarkets open late nearby, and being on a main road, there were always people around. There's even an ATM right across the street. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage, and they kindly let me leave it in an empty room in the middle of the building, which was a huge relief and allowed me to explore freely. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a short stay!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

Well the room that was given to me at the beginning was very claustrophobic while I decided to have a bath and the water heater failed to work. I asked the engineer to come and check it and after 2 attempts it could not be fixed hence the hotel changed my room and gave me a good room. The location of the hotel is great and it’s accessible to many public locations and it’s at the downtown area. The central bus station is just 4mins away by car and walking about 13mins. The reception was very helpful at all times.
