We had a total of 9 pax (4 adults, 5kids) and we took the 4 bedroom apartment. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms. We got the one on 45th floor. If ur afraid of heights like i am, the room we got is facing the causeway. So it wasnt that bad. The apartment is clean and feels very homey. The only downside as usual is the internet connection bcos its very near sg so ur internet will be back and forth with sg connection. TV has youtube and netflix. But no local channels. Below has mamak shop, minimart and laundry. We had a wonderful stay the kids didnt want to go home.

A stone away from CIQ. Building is new and guarded well with security. Room is cozy, clean and well managed. Everything is working well. Large gym and swimming pool facilities available. Only suggestion is to install some hooks in the bathroom as there's not much place to hang towels and clothes.

The check-in process is easy & simple. Amenities are pretty equipped for a short stay in such an accommodation. However, the master bathroom & the other ensuite bathroom toilet bowl is choked upon check in. Thankfully, we still have the common bathroom to use but it has caused inconvenience to us during our stay as we need to accommodate the use of the bathroom. Management did propose the team to come down to check on it but this will cause inconvenience to my stay during the period. The aircon also has an odour when turned on. Such issues could have been avoided if they had rectified it during the cleaning before guests checked in the unit. Other than the bathroom choked issue, the amenities overall are fulfilled during my stay. Thank you to the management for the help and effort greatly appreciated.

PPangSaiZuaThere are alot of eateries and restaurants nearby. Small and decent room. The toilet is big with awesome rain shower.
However, the 2nd floor surface area is not even. Walk with caution. The door locking also seems to be outdated using physical key. Otherwise a very decent stay and walking distance to Sutera mall (less than 10min)

BBEE TIN1) Hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Good location, very convenient.
2) All counter staff are very friendly, polite, and approachable.
3) Quick check in/out.
4) Understand guest's needs and attend to requests promptly.
Hope to see the following improvements:
1) To provide 2 pillows on each bed if possible
2) To add shelf above basin for toiletries such as shaver, washing cream, toothbrush etc
3) To add more hooks for clothes
4) To provide more bathroom floor mat/towel as the bathroom floor is very slippery
5) Bedsheet and bath towel look old, and it seems that they have been used for a period of time.

MMaddog220The location of this small budget hotel is great for couples or small groups of 3-4 pax and it’s just next to the big seafood restaurants (King and New Seafood Restaurants) which is next to the jetty.
The room is rather big and clean the toilet is adequate and everything works, so no worries. But as a budget traveller,, please don’t expect bells and whistles for the price u are paying per night. .this place is suitable if u only want a good and clean environment to stay for 1-2 days. There are many eateries around this hotel too and they even have their own restaurant downstairs. Everywhere is easily within walking distance from hotel.
The best thing about this place is the reception staffs. They are all very friendly and warm ppl and willing to help if u need any tourist information about Kukup.
The only complaint is the limited parking in front of the hotel. They have only 1 parking lot for hotel guest & 1 parking lot for the restaurant guests. So if u are driving, u have to be lucky if no one is parking at the hotel lot and u can park there for free. If not u have to park elsewhere at the many free public carparks or or paid guarded carpark lots at RM10 per day.
I would definitely stay here again if not coming as a big group.

HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris.Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.

YYiChaoThe ventilation fan lighting couldn’t be turned off and it’s very bright. Couldn’t get into sleep. Would suggest hostel to deactivate that light. Overall experience is great, however female toilet cleaness have to improve . Reasonable price for travelers stay.
