As soon as the Duku Highway opened, we immediately changed our itinerary and headed straight for Dushanzi. We searched for this relatively new hotel. While small, the rooms were clean, the pillows and quilts didn't smell, and it had a flush toilet. It was a better value than the hotel next door. That night, a neighbor's dog stayed at the hotel and kept barking. It took two calls to get them moved to a different floor, where we had a peaceful night's sleep. For dinner, I recommend the steamed bun shop to the right of the hotel. The facade isn't impressive, but the interior is full of ethnic flavor. Their steamed buns are delicious, soft and fragrant, with plenty of fillings. Their lamb skewers are also quite good, much better than those on Hotan Second Street in Urumqi. The large plate chicken and mixed noodles others ordered were generous and tempting.

This hotel is a stopover on the Northern Xinjiang Loop Tour. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Choosing the GreenTree Inn Museum Branch for our drive through the Duku Highway was a fantastic decision! The location is truly unbeatable – right outside is the Duku Highway Museum, so we didn't have to rush the next morning to hit the road. Plus, there are restaurants and convenience stores all along the street, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with no dust or odd smells. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistently strong. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were quick to check us in, very friendly and helpful, even recommending local food spots and offering tips for our Duku Highway trip!

The location is excellent; it's within walking distance of the night market, where the whole roasted lamb is incredibly delicious. It's also very close to the Duku Highway the next day and the Anjihai Grand Canyon. Overall, the location is superb.

I must commend the hotel's amenities! The dedicated parking lot has ample spaces, so you don't need to worry about parking at all if you're driving. Parking is free, which is a great deal. The hotel has an excellent location, well-equipped and clean rooms, and attentive service. You can park with peace of mind and enjoy stunning views of the Tianshan Mountains. It's the perfect choice for your trip, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The oil company had its problems: an indifferent receptionist, no parking signs, and no breakfast. There weren't any breakfast options nearby either. Luckily, there was a KFC nearby. The hot and cold water pipes were reversed; the hot water wouldn't heat up after a long time. Later, we discovered the blue indicator for cold water was for hot water. The faucet was wobbly.
