It was such a quaint place, but unfortunately all week we were there it was under construction, so noise from hammering and drilling was very annoying since this was booked specifically for meditation and writing of my book.
We added bed linens with additional charges but then we need to install it ourselves. We are already tired travel from far and setting the bedlinen ourselves is unacceptable.
For the men's shared bathroom( not the toilet), the floor is full of dirt, without slippers it is very bad experience. I was showering with naked feet because I only travel with shoes. As there's a short distance from room to the bathroom that need to step through murt, other traveller slippers also became dirty and just walk into shower area with slippers on.
There's plenty of space for shared kitchen which is awesome, but the auto door lock made it very inconvenient for a single person that is in middle of cooking and need to open door for partner, because 1 room is only given with 1 set of keys.
I did not expect that the full windowed view of waterfall is only for ordering meal, oherwise I would rather spend 1 meal there for the scenery, sadly I missed the awesome breakfast.
My wife and I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, full of large rooms, and a cubicle similar to the living room, and the sofa is a sofa bed, so if there are 3-4 people, it is no problem; you can see the church directly from the window.
The room is completely slippers, very clean!
The kitchen on the 1st floor has complete ovens, gas stoves and other kitchen equipment to use!
There is a parking lot nearby and parking is very convenient.
Easy self-check in, which was great for us because we reached near 11pm. Beds were comfortable, heating was good. Best part was breakfast. Shared kitchen was well stocked with pans, eggs, milk, salami, oil, sauces, for cooking. Had a satisfying breakfast complete with coffee, juices and yogurt.
A good hotel to see Aurora in western Iceland. Each container is glass on one side, so you can warmly observe the Aurora in the room. The location is a bit out of order, so the cost performance seems to be very good.
The hotel staff is very kind, the room is carefully arranged , the whole house has many special boutiques, the place is very clean and tidy , it feels comfortable and homey.
Albergo centrale nella piccola cittadina, poco spazio in camera per aprire i bagagli, bagno piccolo con un lavandino micro. Mancava 1 oscurante alla finestra per cui la luce entrava alle 4:30 del mattino. Pulito, staff molto gentile, colazione buona. Parcheggio facile davanti all' albergo.
A great house, at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, super beautiful.
Driving to Church Hill for 5 minutes, I saw the northern lights at night,
The house is very clean and can cook. I also saw a rice cooker.

Very Good
Place is neat and beautiful. I enjoyed the stay in this place. They have a lot of amenities that we can check out and activities for children as well. I definitely love it.
^^ It's a really nice place, but I'm careful of bed bugs. I got bitten in 5 places, so I bought some ointment and applied it while traveling. Other than that, it's a great place to stay in every way.
cute place, everything is very DIY, we havent't met anyone from the hotel until the next morning. apparently you get a code to open the door by email but we spoke to a few guests and none of them had received it, so you'll need to be able to make a phonecall to reach the owners to get the code to get in...

Very nice place. Love the neighbourhood. Even though in the midst of thunderstorms, we can feel the warmth in the place. Everything is perfect at the place.
This is actually a youth hostel. I booked a bunk bed for myself, but it was sold out when I arrived. So I was given a room with two bunk beds. I lived alone. The furnishings in the room were relatively simple. If there were four people with a lot of luggage, it would definitely be crowded. But fortunately, I lived alone and didn’t have so much luggage. I just slept there for one night. The sheets were all coarse cotton and very comfortable. There is also a large lounge and a kitchen, but I just slept there for one night. This was the cheapest night in Iceland for five days, only 300🤣🤣
