I don't usually write reviews, but this was a place I really wanted to write one. The owner lives here with his wife, a student, and a newborn baby. So, you can get whatever you need upon request, and there are separate family, communal, and guest spaces. You can visit alone or meet friends. Traveling in this area can be a bit of a hassle, so choosing a guest-friendly place like this is especially important. We're also building a new place within walking distance of the train station. The room is located near the Drum Tower and Jade Emperor Pavilion. It's not large and the facilities are a bit dated, but it's a good place to stay. The hotel is upstairs in Wanda Convention and Exhibition Center. The whole building is mixed with various companies, serviced apartments, private residences. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. It is a ten-minute walk from People's Square and a fifteen-minute walk from Ningxia Museum. The Phoenix Park is across the street from the hotel. The location is very good. So even if the parking lot is not easy to find, parking is charged, and the room facilities are slightly outdated, it can be regarded as a satisfactory hotel. The focus is on cheap room rates!

The location is average, the room layout is very nice, there is a park downstairs, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere. For someone like me who is picky about food, it is really hard to find food nearby. The landlord is very nice and worth recommending.
