We had a great new year's end vacation here @ swiss garden hotel genting highlands 😘 We really enjoyed the new years countdown party and the foods served was 😋 😋 😋 👍 👌 Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘 Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋, Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️ Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉 Clean Room and surroundings ✅ For me its highly recommended hotel ️ in genting highlands ✅️ Price was good for the 4stars hotel 👌

The Indian reception staff wasn't very helpful and gave us a low floor without any view, but the room and bathroom are spacious. The coffee mug was chipped, and the bed comforter was stained, so we had them replaced. The TV was very small and, at times, had an audio lagged effect, making viewing very uncomfortable. The service is very poor, and I had to wait for more than 1 hour and had to remind them many times. We ordered room service for dinner and was served the wrong dish. I had to wait for almost an hour from order to being served the right dish, and my appetite was gone after that.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Fadzlina was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing useful tips about the area and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub that made for the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring. The view was absolutely breathtaking—an uninterrupted vista of the ocean that I could enjoy all day long. The hotel also offers free access to the beach, which was just a short walk away, perfect for a day of sun and sand. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with easy access to local attractions, yet still offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

Have stayed at this hotel many times, overall value for money in view of the price, cleanliness, room size, and service. The only thing is that the buffet breakfast seems to have dropped its standard, it used to be more varieties with better food quality, now only left one meat dish which is chicken everyday (I stayed for 3 nights and took the breakfast 3 times with my family). No other meat, don't even talk about seafood etc.

The hotel is situated just below the peak of Genting Highlands, offering convenient access to the nearby market. The rooms are clean and well-maintained; however, the views from the hotel are not particularly impressive.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to 5-star expectations. The separate toilet bowl and shower area, though unique, was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more practical to have everything together in one space. Another issue was the water heater—it took a long time to get hot. In terms of amenities, It would be great if they added a kids’ playroom to improve the family-friendliness. On the positive side, breakfast was just nice, parking was hassle-free, and there are plenty of shops nearby, which adds convenience to your stay.

at first, we had read reviews about the check in being in a different location from the actual hotel apartments but we thought it was around a 5 minute walk. the actual location is about 1km (25 min walk) away. as it was quite late, the check in staff eventually organised a lift to take us to the place. the room was nice, fitted with a kitchen, and the pool and gym are nice additions to the complex

We liked this hotel, it is atmospheric, nice place, good service. There are some restrictions in opening hours, but the hotel provided us with a late dinner in the room (we ordered it in advance), also in general, all issues were resolved. 2 small Buts: the hotel is quite outdated and needs a little renovation, and also if you are traveling with a child taller than 140 cm, the sofa for him will be small, and for some reason there are no extra beds in this hotel.

A short stay at this residence suites and this was my second time staying together with my family. The overall experience was somewhat considered ‘so so’ but a few areas require to be fine tune, maintained and given attention to. The bed sheet has the dirty stain on it, the bath room water basin is clogged,, hot water supply seems to be slow (as my daughter and I forced to take cold water shower), no TV program even though the TV is functioning with Athena cable attached and some rooms are a little dusty.

Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.

Nice hotel for families, excellent services by the staffs. We also enjoyed the foods, so delicious. My wife said the breakfast is valued for money. We will come again and it is recommended for those want to have quiet place & enjoy the morning scenery.. The Berjaya Hill Golf Club is just 5min drive from this hotel, so, this place is good to bring customers for a short stay. Once again, thank you for the management for showing good services to the customers.

The property Is still under construction. Hanging gondola at the external building ard still in operating. Hotel no doubt are new, just a few Unit is open for occupancy in the whole entire building. There was a smell, seems like dampness smell from the sink. It covered up the entire room. Some power socket was not in functioning. Only one is working in the pantry area. Keep up

The sunset is super beautiful, and you can have a chance to see the sea of ​​clouds when you get up early. The room service is very good, and the musty smell was dealt with in less than 5 minutes!

8.4 “Great Stay” We had an amazing stay even though its just for a night. Staff was friendly & really accommodating. We booked a total of 9 rooms. Only downside is its not meant for elderly people. Cause you need to walk up and down the stairs to go to the beach, restaurant & pool. Lucky the buggy able to pick us up from the villa down to restaurant. But still need to walk up and down a few stairs. The view was amazing. Dinner at restaurant was great. Just that waiting to wait for our dinner was close to an hour. Should improve on that. Some of our family members did a room service also waited close to an hour for the food. If you find the food costly, can always book grabfood or get out of the villa & drive around the area look for restaurants. Room and view was amazing! We loved our stay!

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.
