I had a wonderful stay at Antara Genting Highlands and would definitely come back again! We stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment, and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very spacious, making it perfect for families or groups. One of the best features was the private jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax after a long day. Everything in the apartment felt brand new, from the furniture to the appliances, and it was very clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The weather was another highlight. It was pleasantly cold, making the stay even more enjoyable and a refreshing escape from the hot weather in the city. The only downside is the distance to Genting SkyWorlds. Although it may look walkable on the map, I would not recommend walking there as it is quite a long walk, especially with children or after a full day at the theme park. It is much more convenient to take a shuttle or drive instead. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The spacious apartment, modern facilities, relaxing jacuzzi, and cool weather made this stay memorable. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Genting Highlands and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing accommodation.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

This was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience! We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness. The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

Based on my experience, a bit too far to reach 5 star accomodation Good: location, service staff very polite, jungle environment make us feel cool everyday Bad: private pool cleanliness of the pool can be considered worth based on my experience. unacceptable for human to use it. Too dirty and unefficient filteration system Food very limited and tasteless

The hotel room is spacious and generally clean. The mattress and pillows are quite soft, which made me wake up whenever I turned over during the night. The TV also had an issue where some channels had sound but no picture. That said, the view is absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlight of the stay. The weather here is cooler and more refreshing than the ****** area below, making it a very relaxing and healing place to unwind. The hotel offers a good range of facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and a children's water park. There are also several paid attractions for families, such as indoor playgrounds, handicraft activities, massage, billiards, and karaoke. I would also recommend trying the hotel breakfast, as the dining area has a lovely view that makes the experience even more enjoyable. One downside is that some floors still have a noticeable smell of fresh paint, probably due to ongoing renovation and limited ventilation. Communication at the front desk can also be a little challenging, as the staff's English is limited, so it may take some patience. If you would like a higher-floor room with a better view, the hotel charges an additional RM50, although you are free to decline if you don't mind the standard room. Overall, despite a few minor shortcomings, the beautiful scenery and comprehensive facilities make this a pleasant stay, especially for families or anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed on level 41, and the experience was amazing with a cool temperature of 16°C—very refreshing with cooling and fresh air throughout the space. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Amenities were good and met all our needs during the stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

Fantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!

We absolutely loved the chill, family-holiday vibe here. The lobby has so many cosy spots to just sit back and relax. Kids had a great time at the pool and slides, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus. 
We stayed in the family room and it was very well maintained! Good air-conditioning, strong water pressure, and overall very comfortable. You really know a hotel is well maintained when even the corners and toilet tiles are clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful! One area for improvement would be the kids’ club. Should provide more educational toys, but during our visit it felt quite empty and there was no staff around. There was also no information shared on available kids’ activities. It became a bit boring for the kids after some time. It would be nice if the PlayStation could be free to use (like Hilton), and if staff could actively engage the kids or share a simple activity schedule. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway. With some enhancements to the kids’ club, the experience would be even better. Would love to return! Thanks!

I had a great stay at Crockfords Genting. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a true luxury feel. The hotel’s atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the location within Resorts World Genting was very convenient. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
