Our stay at Antara by COBNB was excellent. The apartment was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful mountain view, which made every morning and evening especially enjoyable. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the convenient location and seamless check-in process, made for a truly pleasant experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Antara by COBNB to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. The room was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay more memorable. Overall, Zenith Hotel offers a great combination of strategic location, excellent cleanliness, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Kuantan.

The hotel is definitely the best in Cameron. You need to spend time staying in the room and relax, staff are welcoming and they remember your room while servicing you. Something added to my exp is that, they even gav my friend the surprise birthday wishes during breakfast time( we had birthday celebration dinner a day before this,the staff ask when’s the actual date and he remember it and giv a surprise when my friend ordered the pancake) added a candle and wishes on the plate. Impressive service. But the hotel should really upgrade their TV/in room entertainment, kinda boring if you solely rely on the tv show.

Stay 3 days 2 nights think of try out different room type. The location is excellent, and very near to the turtle released program distance within 10mins. Room access to sea side and pool are execellent. Initially, the cleanliness was worrying as the resort unit looks quite old. Other than the water leaking in toilet, the checked in was slow ( as it delayed 1 hour plus) , the bedsheet with stains and the lighting quite dimmed. However, the manager Marcus took initiative to check us out , take out feedback and his immediate action warm us . Immediate change the new bedsheet, repair works and cleaning 1 more time for the room. Upgraded our next day room to same villa in order to keep us comfy and provide us room service for breakfast which much appreciated. The 1st day breakfast was great. With all local variety and taste good. The coffee inside door and restaurant both nice. We enjoyed our time in villa lot. Definitely suitable for couple or family to relax or short getaway. Will consider visit again.

This is my second time staying here. The first time, I got a room on level 29, and the view was already great. This time, I requested a high floor and had to pay an additional RM50 for it. I was willing to pay for the 'carpet of clouds' view, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see it. Regardless, it's a fantastic hotel with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options.

Had an enjoyable stay at 1001 Hotel overall. One of the biggest highlights is its location. It’s situated away from the busy ****** crowds, making it a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the attractions. The view is absolutely stunning—waking up to a sea of clouds was truly unforgettable and one of the best parts of the stay. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was slower than expected (only one staff) and the front desk staff could communicate more clearly and proactively with guests. Better coordination and customer service during check-in would create a much better first impression. Another downside is the limited food options within or near the hotel. While this may not be an issue for short stays, having more dining choices would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax with spectacular mountain and cloud views, 1001 is a great choice. With improvements to the check-in experience and more food options, it would be an even better destination.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

Fantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!

The only thing i enjoyed bout my stay was the hotel near to the beach..other than that could be improved..i need to take off my shoes if i wanna use the gym..like seriously? The sauna need to revamp..the wood bench in there almost broken already..breakfast spread not really variety but okay la not so bad
