The overall stay was quite pleasant, mainly due to the excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The scenery was truly enjoyable and added a relaxing atmosphere to the experience. It was convenient to access nearby attractions, which made the trip more satisfying. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The room and common areas had noticeable dust, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the level of cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, as certain details in housekeeping seemed to be overlooked. With better attention to hygiene and maintenance, the stay could have been significantly more enjoyable. In summary, while the location and view are definite highlights, improvements in cleanliness and housekeeping standards are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Enjoy my stay, the facilities are great, clean and perfect. The location is strategic right in front of the mall.

Enjoying two night in Wyndham Ion Majestic, very recommend to stay here, will come leave here again, when check in time, request to the counter need a forest view to see the sunset, because I’m come the time is normal weekday, so have available forest view room to change, only pay another RM 50 to request change the room, the staff very friendly and help me do the check in very quick, very enjoy this two days in Genting with Wyndham In Majestic Hotel, see you on the next trip

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, making the stay comfortable. The staff were also friendly and provided good service. However, it seems that the hotel has been operating for quite some time, and many of the facilities are in need of maintenance. First, the shower had excellent water pressure, but the drainage was extremely poor. It seemed like the drain was clogged, as the water quickly accumulated and flooded the shower area. Second, the bathtub stopper was broken. No matter how many times I pressed it, it wouldn’t close, so I couldn’t fill the bathtub with water. On top of that, the hot water for the bathtub wasn’t hot enough. I had even bought a bath bomb specially for this stay, but I couldn’t use it at all, which was quite disappointing. Third, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dust in several areas. Fourth, the toilet had yellow stains, and the toilet seat looked old and dirty. I would recommend replacing the toilet seat to improve the overall cleanliness and appearance. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. The food was not very tasty. Overall, while the room was spacious, the air conditioning was great, and the staff provided good service, the maintenance, cleanliness, and breakfast quality need significant improvement. Considering the price, I don’t think it offers good value for money. 先说优点，房间很宽敞，冷气也很够冷，住起来算是舒服，工作人员的服务态度也很好。 不过，酒店可能开业已有一段时间，感觉有不少设施需要维修和改善： 1. 淋浴的水压很大，这点很好，但排水非常差，应该是排水孔堵塞了，洗澡时水很快就积满整个淋浴区。 2. 浴缸的塞子坏了，无论怎么按都无法把排水口关上，所以完全不能蓄水。而且浴缸的热水也不够热，我还特地买了 bath bomb，结果完全用不上，有点可惜。 3. 房间清洁做得不够仔细，一些角落积了不少灰尘。 4. 马桶有明显发黄的污渍，马桶坐垫看起来也比较旧、脏，建议更换新的坐垫，会让整体卫生观感好很多。 5. 早餐选择不多，味道也比较普通，没有达到这个价位应有的水准。 整体来说，虽然房间空间大、冷气舒适，员工服务也不错，但设施维护、清洁和早餐品质都有待改善，以这个价格来说，我觉得性价比并不高。

A vary premium and elite area. it is advised to bring food and drink before entering this area. prices at convenience store are expensive. hotel should provide microwave. a destination for tranquility but noise of car at G floor are crowded. facilities hotel are good with kids friendly. Nice views when breakfast here.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore

This is family and kids friendly hotel, everything is good and fine. But for breakfast for 3days stays is the same menu I'm expecting other kind of fried noodle or nasi goreng variation on different days. English breakfast also the same menu. The most enjoyable thing is the kids pool because that is the only kids activities can do other than going to the kids gym. But overall the hotel is clean and really quiet. So peaceful. And hotel management can plan on more beach activities like jet ski or surfing activities. The beach is wavy and not safe for recreational swimming.
