3-Star Hotels in Nevada, United States

We had a bit of a mishap. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, only to be told they had no rooms available, even though we had booked ours half a month in advance. I immediately contacted Trip.com, and they responded very quickly, transferring me to their overseas department. The customer service agent was incredibly helpful; she immediately called the hotel to find out what was going on. It turned out the hotel saw we hadn't arrived by midnight and, since Las Vegas was hosting a popular convention, they assumed we weren't coming and sold our room. We were staying for four days, why would we not show up? I really don't understand what the hotel was thinking. Trip.com was amazing, helping us negotiate and simultaneously looking for available rooms at nearby hotels. Everything was so booked up; we waited a long time with no news. Then, suddenly, the hotel said they had a room after all! Apparently, the hotel manager gave up their own suite for us. I'm really grateful for Trip.com's coordination and also thankful to that hotel manager. Even though they didn't hold our room and left us waiting in the cold for an hour (after a ten-plus hour flight, rushing straight to the hotel, only to be hit with this bombshell), thankfully it all got resolved in the end. I'm still very appreciative of Trip.com's quick response and assistance.

We spent 3 beautiful nights at this wonderful resort. You don’t ever have to leave. Shuttles take you to the store, 5 pools, bbq’s, full 1 bedroom apartment. And South Point is a bonus!! Food, ********, arcade, bowling, movie theater complete with food bar. Everything is so clean and quiet here. We will continue coming here u til we can’t anymore

This hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling.

Very nice hotel and the people are great. And they do very well to do your request to the best they can. If you got anything real special is after make the reservation is call them to make sure. They were great with us.

Alexa, Park All Suite Resort was a great find! Our room was a complete suite and was very spacious. It had a small dining table, couch, desks, two queen size beds, and a well appointed bathroom. The room and grounds were clean and well maintained. The location was off the *****, but an easy walking distance. We were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would stay there again. 

The room was clean, the infrastructure was perfect, there was a small gym, the breakfast was the finishing touch, the variety was not too much, but it was very appetizing. There is a free shuttle to the airport, praise.

Harrahs Las Vegas – Decent Location, Mixed Experience The room itself was acceptable – not exceptional, but functional. Housekeeping did a solid job on the floors and bathroom, though some less-trafficked areas showed dust. The room felt a bit dated, and the closet placement inside the bathroom was an unusual design choice. We stayed on the 50th floor of the Mountain Tower, which sounds great in theory, but the street-level music from the ***** can boom all the way up and make falling asleep a challenge. One night there was an unidentified scraping/mechanical noise that persisted through the night and really disrupted our sleep. The beds were comfortable enough, and I particularly liked the pillows. The standout feature is genuinely the location – centrally positioned on the ***** with easy walking access to the Venetian and other nearby properties. If you're using Harrah's primarily as a base for exploring the *****, it serves that purpose well. The ****** itself is a different story. Low ceilings and what felt like poor ventilation make the smoke situation noticeably worse than other ***** ******* – non-smokers should be aware. Check-in had a fairly long wait; the self-service kiosks weren't functioning, so everyone was funneled to the desk. That said, the front desk agent who helped us was friendly and efficient. Bottom line: Solid ***** location at a reasonable price point, but go in with modest expectations on the room quality and ****** atmosphere.

The Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.

It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP

Stayed at this resort off ***** and attached to Silverton Hotel and ******. Apartment type, fully functional with welcome pack including dish washer tablets, laundry and conditioner powder, coffee, salt and pepper and sponge with detergent. Apartment is nicely furnished with  good TV channels and views of mountains. There is a large free car park facility. This resort has heated pool and jacuzzi. Towels are provided in bathroom. There is washer and dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. Security at the elevators and staff happy to assist when needed. If you want a home away from home without the hefty price tags of resort fees and other expenses, this is the place to stay. There is a Target and Ross, In and Out burger, Mc Donald’s, petrol station and  Grocery store about 10minute walk away. This resort is best suited if you can rely on a uber/lyft or your own private car rental as it isn’t close to the *****. Apartment isn’t serviced during your stay but there is a broom and dustpan and washer dryer to sort out towels. We would definitely return to this resort again and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
