The location is great and the underground parking is spacious, which is a plus. The hotel is new, so it's very clean. The room was also large and clean, but almost unnecessarily spacious. The downsides were that check-in was incredibly slow. On top of that, they assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I had to go back down to the front desk to switch rooms. Also, the breakfast was really disappointing and didn't live up to Best Western standards. If only the breakfast could be improved, I'd want to stay here every time I travel for business.

位置還可以，門口就是地鐵，樓下有小超市和小飯店，對面是一個大醫院，前面是一個四星級酒店，中國旅遊團住那裡比較多。房間挺大，就是設備設施有些老舊，還可以接受，有微波爐，冰箱。

الفندق جميل جدا وان شاء الله انهم يستمرون على نفس هذه الجودة بالسنوات المقبلة كما اود ان اشكر الموظفة لجين بشكل خاص والموظفين الشباب كلهم والعمال الاجانب ايضا ماقصروا كلهم من بشاشة وجه وحسن استقبال وتعامل. سوف اعيد الحجز ان شاء الله في الايام القادمة.

Very good location. Easy access to the King Center and nearby locations. However, the hotel itself is old and outdated. The service is not bad and also can't expect more. It is ok for just expanding a night.

When checking out, a woman at the front desk did not understand English and communication was difficult. I asked her to help call the car. I was not in a hurry. I dragged it for 20 minutes. When I finally called the car, the driver rushed to help me. Riyadh traffic is too blocked
