Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay

The in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

We have originally booked a west premier king with the view of the hallway/ next hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we have asked the conceirge for a room with a pool view. Luckily they have the Room 445 available and topped up 5,190/night on the current booking to get our room upgrade. They let us checked in early, but the room once we entered still got sand inside the bedsheets. 🥹 This is our 2nd time in this hotel, we just missed the cleanliness during their soft opening, welcome drinks and the band once you arrived on the hotel, but as we informed the staff during check out, they have given us the *goodbye* drink. 😅 We have availed the Landtransfer also, everything is okay aside for the we go and wait for 20mins for the speedboat to come in the public terminal. We catch a red eye flight and this is really tiring considering we have a baby with us. Still enjoyed the stay, hoping to get the same treatment during our first stay with Mandarin.

Movenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, along with Shangri-La and Crimson, boasts an exclusive white sand beach. The main advantage is the peace and quiet, allowing guests to fully unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing 'lie-flat' vacation. The downside is its somewhat remote location. While you can book the hotel's shuttle service for transport, the frequency is limited. **Area:** Not particularly large, centered around the pool, with the beach accessible directly from the pool area. **Rooms:** Considering the room quality and size, they don't quite justify the price. They're comparable to blue-ocean hotels but significantly more expensive, and the overall hotel area is smaller, making it poor value for money. Its main selling point is undoubtedly the private beach. Near the Crimson area, there are reefs where you can try snorkeling. There are fish, though nothing large, and I even saw a moray eel – a nice little activity you can enjoy without having to go out on a boat. There are private small boats for rent at 300 pesos, which are great for a ride, and watching the sunset from the sea is absolutely stunning; the ocean here is incredibly beautiful. In the afternoon, there are often some dance activities on the beach that you can join, and from 3-4 PM, the restaurant offers afternoon tea, perfect for re-energizing before continuing your water activities.

Had a great time in Henann in our recent Boracay trip! The room was spacious and clean; a bit dated but still functional. Not directly beachfront but still very near. Loved the pools they had, especially the pool bar. Also, highly recommend for those who wanna experience a luxurious stay in Boracay at a relatively cheaper pricepoint.

Rooms are comfortable and just right. We love the bath tub. Bathroom is generally large and has everything you need. Hot water was not consistent though. Breakfast buffet has a good selection 👍🏼 It has a big beachfront location with sun beds and area for dining and having drinks

TERRIBLE WIFI and AC — barely hitting 10 Mbps most of the time, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working remotely. The aircon was also leaking during our stay. We called maintenance, they checked it, but unfortunately it still kept leaking after. STAFF - very great and respectful . ROOM - The room feels a bit dated and they don’t have blackout curtains, which can be annoying in the morning. There’s also ongoing construction nearby, so expect to hear drilling and hammering during the day. On the bright side, the bathtub was great and the bathroom was really spacious. FOOD - They offer buffet breakfast, but it was just okay. GYM - Probably one of the better parts of the stay. It’s not super fancy, but it had almost everything I needed for a good workout. LOCATION - Very convenient. It’s in Station 2 and easily walkable to both Station 1 and Station 3. POOL AND MASSAGE - Both are great

This was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day.

We had an amazing stay at Henann Regency Resort & Spa! The beachfront location is perfect—everything is just a few steps away, from the white sand beach to restaurants and shops. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options every morning. We also loved the pools and how well-maintained the entire resort was. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boracay. Highly recommended!

Was an absolutely amazing stay! Just please note that you do need to pay PH10000 deposit when you arrive. We did not know this prior and was quite inconvenient. The location is excellent, 5min walk to everything. The beach had amazing night life activities. There is a Jollibee and mcdonalds around the corner and they're open 24/7. The breakfast offered at the hotel is world class. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend!!!!!
