We had a quick and convenient checkin. The hotel is strategically situated near almost everything. Hotel room is clean and well organised, properly prepared and welcoming. Breakfast has good choice of food which included the local tocino. We had a great stay.

Buffet quality is the best in the city. Guests have a goodtime staying. Guest upon arrival gets welcome drinks and guest enjoy cold water supply from the water dispenser in the lobby. The front desk always ensure your special requests is always granted. Birthday month gets surprise gift a hand fan, pen or souvenier items. During rainy season the hotel provides umbrella. Parking is well lighted with cctv and available slots guaranteed.

We had an excellent one-night stay at Central Park Reef Resort! The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We loved relaxing by the beautiful rooftop infinity pool with its stunning view of Subic Bay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, exceeding our expectations for the price. The on-site food was delicious, a perfect blend of local and international cuisine. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway in Subic. We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

I have the same room (Room 125) provided for my last 2 bookings in trip.com. I have observed that the room smells moldy for mybtwo (2) bookings and there was no slippers provided although there is soap, dental kits and tissue. During my first booking, the tv was not used since their maintenance was ongoing. The wifi in the hotel was slow and connection is also lost around 9:40am onwards so I have to use my own data. I was able to check-in early than the usual 2pm.

This is one of the cheapest hotel i’ve ever stayed pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito. Bago pamga gamit and the room itself. I had a comfortable stay and sleep. Gusto ko ung double door nila super safe. Napabook na rin yung kawork ko for 1 week here. Will surely be back again!

The staff was able to accommodate our hospitality during our stay by greeting me and escorting our luggages but I was dissatisfied to learn that the hotel only offers plated breakfast and not a full buffet breakfast. You need a car or take an uber when you go around Clark because the hotel is 30min away from Clark if your appointment is there. What I loved about the hotel is the rooms are big and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The parking is free and there are a-lot of available free parking spots in the area. If you need to withdraw from an atm machine you have to drive 2min away to get to the nearest atm machine for cash needs. My sleep was very comfortable given the location and early closing time of nearby stores. Also, please bring your own napkin, toiletries, shampoo and soapbar because they do not refill the tank when you check-in

I booked a deluxe room for two nights. I was charged for early check-in for two hours, which I found fair. However, my room had a terrible smell—bad toilet odour that gave me a headache. When I complained, I was told to move to another room, which was not of deluxe standard. I accepted it as I could not bear the smell any longer. The second room's refrigerator was not working, the kettle couldn't be plugged in, and the toilet wasn't flushing. I was told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. I ended up leaving after one night, even though I had booked for two. I was not offered any discount as compensation.

I stayed in Red Hotel for me to have a place to sleep after going to a party. I expected that I will be provided with toothbrush and toothpaste as the usual standard that a hotel provides but they charged for it. If u would bring a car, expect that you cannot park in the Red Planet building. They only have like 6 parking slot in the building, but a lot in the common area parking. My experience is that I parked 300 meters away from the building. For context, Red Planet is situated where there are nearby hotels and restobars. In my room, it is clean, water pressure in shower is good, AC is good and cool. I slept good.

The room is clean, a bit old but has all the amenities. The staff is very responsive and helpful. There's a family-run restaurant nearby serving local cuisine.
