I stayed one night in Rome before heading back home. The fridge was a bit noisy, so I unplugged it myself. Breakfast was okay, but honestly, all hotel breakfasts in Italy are pretty much the same – just the usual stuff over and over. It's about 5km from the airport, and an Uber taxi cost €35, taking around 15 minutes. There's also a shuttle bus, but you have to catch it from a specific pickup point according to its schedule. Overall, it was decent. Hotel 1 and Hotel 2 are very close, with a metro station separating them. The prices are similar, so either one is fine. Hotel 1 provides complimentary water in the rooms, but Hotel 2 doesn't, so you'll need to buy your own.
My experience at the Iris Criillon hotel was more than satisfactory
Very clean and comfortable room, very friendly and available staff
I was very pleased with everything and I hope I can return to my next trip to Fiuggi
Advised to friends too

The good: hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious especially since we are in Rome, where that can be challenging.
The bad: the hotel is fragmented, meaning there is no center and you have to enter by key into separate buildings with no elevators. That can be both challenging and inconvenient.
The ugly: they have a huge ant infestation problem, like epic levels. Yes, the cleaned it up but it took two days and I think the problem is still there. They offered to move us after the first notification, but that required loading up our clothes and luggage and walking up another flight of stairs.
I know big and old cities struggle to maintain properties, but pest control should be at the top of the list and also more notice about the hotel being 3 separate buildings away from the reception area.
It's not like a hotel, I mean it's like a house:)
The owner welcome us and really friendly.
He couldn't speak English very well even though try to make us understand!!
He was so kind and friendly.
There is a coffee and bread which he prepared for us.
Room is clean, wifi is food, shower also good.
It takes only about 15 min by train to Rome airport.
After a few days of visiting Rome, I rented a car to Tivoli in the suburbs and chose this small hotel. It was really small and exquisite. The front desk has always been a shift of several old gentlemen. The room is not big, but the surprise is: the mattress is extremely comfortable, soft and supported! It feels like a selection that can be done by the experienced shopkeeper. Breakfast is on the first floor, the restaurant is not big, and the things are not particularly rich - but the quality is particularly good! An old gentleman will ask you what coffee you want, and then make a cup of it, wow, it's really delicious! The bread, sandwiches and biscuits that can be taken casually also taste very good. There is a drinking machine next to the front desk, the quality of the water is also very good, sweet and not enough to drink. In short, this hotel looks flat, but the inside is very satisfying.
Bellissimo hotel, ristorante ottimo e servizio impeccabile, gentilezza e cortesia sono la consuetudine, ottima la posizione in una città stupenda.

A bit hard to find, and no prior contact regarding the PIN entry code, which could have made things very difficult. The breakfast hamper was not worth while, if I had have known this was the deal, there’s no way I would have paid extra in advance for it.
We needed up staying here two nights in the row . The host is very friendly nice man ! It was stairs up to the place , he met us by the car and walked with us to his place . The views are amazing! The place is very nice , breakfast was on time delicious baked goods and cappuccino The host told us where to go shopping , food and travel further . I would come back in a heart beat ! It was close to the city to take the train to Rome , which we did . Location is great! You will feel in Italy while you are staying in this place for sure ! I would recommend ! 5 starts !!!! Thank you
I came here because I missed a flight. The area is so quiet and a few strides away from the sea where I had a lovely swim. It’s not cheap but you are paying for the location. The rooms are lovely and the staff are kind and attentive. However, I stood waiting for dinner and I was ignored. I was repeatedly asked if I was alone. They took time finding a table for me because the tables seated more than 1. I left it and went to a restaurant by the beach.
We basically the hotel is clean and well guarded, but my sad experience was when there was no bin bucket in my room and i went to the management and informed them and they promised me that the following day it will be sorted, but this never happened till i left. Another sad experience was the cleaners or should i say the room service guys never cared change changed my bedsheets until 6days after.but aside this two things, everything was awesome .
Stayed for one night and had such a lovely experience. The place is beautiful, well-kept, and has a really nice atmosphere. Special mention to Gabriel at reception, he was amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely come back.
Although it looks a bit outdated, but everything works fine and the staff were very helpful. The only thing you have to concern is the destination is a bit far away from city, make sure you have the idea of the transportation or you rent a car would be nice for you to stay there.
1) Large bed, enough space 2) Clean 3) Breakfast with fresh fruits! 4) Beach just next to the hotel (50m?) 5) Bar/ restaurant next to the hotel 6) Nice, helpful stuff 7) Not far away from train stop 1) Not a new one 2) Far from city center Yes, I will stay again
It is a very cute guesthouse located on the lake. We were there during winter so unfortunately the restaurant was closed. The room itself is cute and clean. The owner of the place is great , helped us with the parking and recommended a great place for dinner.
