Staff were helpful. Good size room but quite noisy, traffic noise and noises from I guess ? chairs dragging on the floor above, and new guest when they enter the room for the first time Television powers up at volume automatically.

I had a wonderful 3 days stay:) The room was spacious, clean, with a modern touch, a comfortable mattress which is very important for my back. Everything felt new and thoughtfully equipped, with great appliances (small kitchen fully equipped plus a coffee machine) that made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was superb. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops just around the corner, which made exploring Thessaloniki easy and enjoyable. There is no reception desk, all the details are sent via email or WhatsApp and as I have some questions upon arrival special thanks to Anastasia, who provided clear and helpful instructions that made everything smooth from the start. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Electra Hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most amazing people. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. Now let's talk about breakfast - it was nothing short of phenomenal! The breakfast spread at the Electra Hotel exceeded all expectations. Overall, my time at the Electra Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious breakfast offerings made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Imperial Plus Urban Smart Hotel. The breakfast was really good, with a wide selection and tasty choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. However, for those travelling with big luggage or heavy bags, be aware that the elevator / service-lift seemed insufficient. It would be much better if there were a proper service elevator for heavy luggage.

The Capsis was a very popular destination in Thessaloniki. It’s a good proximity to the main station, even with heavy luggage I was able to find it easily and walk from the station. Took about 15 mins. There is a very large foyer, a pool, lifts and a short walk to the efficient metro. The pool was great and had amazing views and a variety of food offered. The rooms were spacious and the restaurant had a fine selection of great food. Very friendly staff and helpful breakfast staff. I had a first class stay! The images selected are of cultural visits in Thessaloniki. The city is full of beautiful churches and museums all very accessible from the hotel

The hotel is located in the most central location in Egnatia at the height of Aristotle. Nevertheless, it has very good sound insulation and sleeping is like sleeping in the countryside. Everything was at your feet. The room was suite 104. It was very comfortable, clean and modern, with a full minibar and lots of toiletries. I was given a 10 minute welcome massage as a gift which was amazing. Dimitris, who gave me the massage, showed me around the spa area, which I enjoyed, and suggested a facial treatment, which I did the next day and it really was amazing. Breakfast adequate. The staff is kind. My stay in Thessaloniki was made more beautiful by my stay at this hotel.

There is no free parking, you should book one beforehand and then you have to find a way to temporarily park somewhere in the centre of the city just to go to the hotel to give you a parking card and guidelines about the parking seats (which are not at the hotel). The room was very small, with a view to a building under construction (although from the site you have the impression that you have a sea view), with a window which doesn't open. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory. In conclusion, I am not going to pay 144 euros (breakfast included) for that kind of services overall.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked into this hotel. The room was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The bathroom was very aesthetic. There was a note for me and a dessert in the room, for which I am especially grateful! The breakfast was probably one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The dining area is located on the top floor with a view of the city. The food is delicious. For this price, it is a great place to stay!

This hotel is perfectly fine for an overnight stay, although the walls are thin so bring ear plugs. The pool is only open in summer. According to Google Maps there is a supermarket near the hotel, but it is actually a members only wholesaler. There is absolutely nothing close to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choice. Airport shuttle service is on demand, so you'll need to call the hotel for a pick up and arrange with reception for the return to the airport, which is around a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
