Dear Sir, 1. Please find our communication below sending direct with Eir Heimaleiga as can’t find your mail during trip. We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. This was the first hotel of our 8-day Iceland trip. It was a nice hotel, clean, and conveniently located for shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and bread selection. The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom sink was a little too small. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

A great place. You can cook. Although the space is not big, the location is definitely worth the price. The room is small but complete. I recommend staying here with friends.

The location is good as it is a drop off and pick up point for Fly Bus. The rooms is clean. Self check-in and if any problem have to use the phone at the lobby to call the customer service. The breakfast spread is limited.

The room was in the basement, and while the window could open, it faced the parking lot and trash collection point on the first floor. The top right corner of the window had a clear view of the trash area, and my head was right next to that corner when in bed. I immediately requested a room change and had to pay €30 to upgrade to a room on the 3rd floor. The hotel staff claimed it was Trip.com's arrangement and told me to contact Trip.com directly to complain. Just thinking about that room makes me nauseous.

The hostel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to bus stop 6. The shopping street is right next door. The room is very small; opening a suitcase requires some maneuvering. The communal toilets are clean. The breakfast selection is good, with bread, yogurt, juice, and chocolate, but the bread was unappetizing. Great value for money, I recommend it.

For a hostel, rooms and toilet/showers are kept clean. Location is fairly accessible to transport and about 20-30 minutes walk to the centre. Kitchen is quite small for the guests but is equipped with hob, cookingware, dinnerware. Towels can be rented at the reception. Unfortunately the reception closes at 9pm so it is trickh for late check ins. Vending machines with cup noodles and drinks available near the reception.

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is super convenient and free. The room isn't huge, and the bathroom is a bit small, but it's very clean, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable. The front desk staff are also very friendly.

The room's cleanliness was decent, and while there weren't disposable slippers, towels were provided. It was much better and quieter than a hostel. I accidentally left my small stainless steel bowl in the dishwasher. On my last night in Reykjanesbær, I even saw the Northern Lights right next to the whale skeleton, hoping to share some good luck with everyone! 😬

Great location right in the center of Reykjavik. Clean bedding and a private room all to myself. A bonus was the coffee and tea available downstairs, and there's also a microwave. The building is quite old, but if you need a decent place to sleep at a reasonable price and don't like dorm rooms, I recommend it. On the downside, the coffee and tea room was closed on Sunday morning. We also had a fire alarm go off at 2 AM, but it turned out to be nothing.
