BbestbomiIt’s just not good, it’s too good for vacation. The room is perfect. The entire corner of the manor is very clean. Although the front desk has a strange accent, it is a very reassuring resort hotel. The little castle just happened to have a wedding. It took a very nice and quiet day. Everything is very good, breakfast is not much, but it is delicious. The set menu of 70 euros for dinner is recommended. In addition to the location, there is no great scenery. The hotel is very good.

GGuest UserVilla crespi is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year! The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat! But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

KKkait travellerThee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

AAnonymous UserThe room is great. Walking into the inner building of this hotel is like walking into a Roman palace. The room is very large, with dry and wet separation, good hygiene, and very high ceilings. The room has a balcony, looking at the church opposite. It is very close to all places, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to both the attractions and Via Roma. The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to-one service. Overall, it is great and worth experiencing. A small suggestion for the hotel is that their gypsum board is a little peeling. If this is done well, it will be more perfect.

GGuest UserA five star hotel close to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, caffe and wine bars within ten minutes walk. Great hotel and good value for money. Front desk service is excellent but not so in the breakfast restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was very satisfactory. The hotel environment is warm and tidy, the rooms are very carefully arranged, the beds are particularly comfortable, making people sleep well. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and will patiently assist when encountering problems. The hotel is very convenient to eat. The whole gives people a feeling of peace of mind and relaxation, it is highly recommended.
