The hotel room is very comfortable. In a new hotel, the breakfast is average. In a hotel with a restaurant, the breakfast is generally decent. Overall it's ok, clean and hygienic, with options.

Ein sehr schönes, sich wie neu eröffnet anfühlendes Hotel mit modernen und ansprechend gestalteten Zimmern – hier fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Ein kleiner Punktabzug: Beim Frühstück waren die Eierspeisen an beiden Tagen leider kalt, und benutzte Tische wurden teilweise über längere Zeit nicht abgeräumt. Auch der Kaffee aus dem Automaten passt aus meiner Sicht nicht ganz zum ansonsten modernen und hochwertigen Gesamteindruck. Etwas störend war ein mechanisches Geräusch im Gebäude, das ab etwa 8 Uhr morgens regelmäßig zu hören war. Die genaue Ursache ließ sich zwar nicht feststellen, war aber deutlich wahrnehmbar. Für ideale Entspannung sorgen ausreichende Parkplätze, ein Restaurant und Bars sowie der Pool.

The hotel is in an incredible location, at an incredible price. The room and building were very clean with great facilities, though some of the room furniture, like the desk chair, could use a bit of a refurbishment. This however for most travelers will be no issue as you will want to be out and about exploring the city and using the room as just a home base. I will absolutely come and stay again, and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Split and my stay at Slavija. It can be a bit hard to find to those new to the winding streets, but the location is perfect for an unforgettable trip. Thanks to the staff at the Slavija for an incredible stay!

It was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep. The motor or mechanism of the ceiling air conditioner was making an infernal noise. Yet, all the control knobs on the wall unit were in the off position!!!! I therefore request a refund for my night's sleep and the tourist tax. Sincerely, Yann MICHEL

It is a good option for you if you drive since the hotel is located 15 minutes from Split old town. It is a fair distance to drive to the centre. The hotel is new and clean with a modern interior design of the room which makes it pleasant to stay. The well design of the hotel room makes it feel spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is relatively simple with not much choice but that does not bother us since Split has many great restaurants out there waiting for us. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay and would recommend this hotel since it is clean and beautiful.

Hotel located in the city centre, near the bus. The hotel is clean and has a private parking. Very nice staff  The room is beautifully large ,  A few bemol at the level of the bathroom. The toilet paper door is very far away from the toilet.. it is not at all in the right place. It has at least 1 m 10 distance.

The room is equipped with an internet-connected TV, making it easy to watch Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The guesthouse is conveniently located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the old town and close to the beach and port, making it a perfect base for travel. The owner is very friendly and offers airport pickup, though we recommend contacting him in advance via email to confirm these details. Please note that if you're driving, parking may be a bit of a hassle. While there are parking spaces behind the guesthouse, they are limited and can be difficult to find, so we recommend planning ahead. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! This is a very clean and cozy place to stay — it truly feels like home. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV that allows access to Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s also a fridge to store food and cold drinks, which is super convenient. The location is excellent — right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town. It’s also very close to the beach and the port, making it a perfect base for sightseeing and exploring. The host is very friendly and offers airport pickup service.
