Guest UserMy stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority.
The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level.
This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

Guest UserThis family room offers excellent value for money. The location is superb, right between Nan Shao Men Station and Yong Ning Men Station on Line 2, and close to the South Gate entrance of Xi'an City Wall. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers and reaching any attraction. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and it's close to major shopping malls. The cleaning staff came daily to tidy up, change trash bags, and restock water. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues that came up during our stay.

Great location, really easy to get around the city from thé hotel. Friendly staff, some speak english, some happy to communicate through translation apps, and are clearly used to that. Washing machine and dryer available too which was helpful. They also allowed us to pay on the day for breakfast, which we hadn’t booked.

Guest UserThe Airbnb was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and fluffy.
Every room has a super cute stuffed animal. They offer free snacks like onion rings which was really good.
The breakfast was also good, homemade, warm, fresh, and healthy, especially the mini sandwiches (roujiamo).
The toilet seat is heated.
You can try ancient chinese dress (hanfu) for free.
The location is very good, within distance to the center of the city, overseeing QingHua palace (the historical imperial garden) where the historical dance drama --- The song of everlasting sorrow --- is performed.
A lot of dinning choices around.
The only complaint is that it's tricky to find the elevator to the airbnb. We tried a couple of different elevators and asked help from local people before we got to the right place.

The room was really spacious, and the air conditioning kept it nice and warm. Service was prompt, and it offered great value for money. The location is also fantastic, right near Damok City and very close to the subway station. Plus, there are plenty of snack shops, malls, and public transport options nearby, making everything super convenient.

Guest UserThis guesthouse is our top choice when traveling with family. The location is absolutely perfect, right at the foot of Mount Hua, making trips to and from the visitor center incredibly convenient and saving us a lot of hassle. All the facilities are brand new, and the rooms are clean and dry, offering a very comfortable stay. What really touched us was the owner's thoughtful service: he drove us to the scenic area early in the morning, and when he realized my phone was out of service and I couldn't scan a QR code, he proactively helped me top it up, which was a huge lifesaver. He's genuinely warm and sincere, always putting guests first. Whether you're driving or hiking, this place is a perfect fit. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Hua. I truly recommend it to anyone traveling to Huashan!

A very cute little hotel right inside the inner walls! The location was very close to everything we needed. There were a few bars down below us that did play music quite loud until 2am but we are all earplug wearers so that didn’t bother us. The staff were very friendly!

Javan TArriving weary and tired to be welcomed by lively, friendly locals having drinks by the roof terrace pool. This is not the welcome I expected to Xi’an at all! But it was very fun.
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I understood what was going on, and striving to make adjustments to my booking details where necessary.
The distance from the centre means much less traffic when travelling to and from the station or other sites - making the location very convenient.
The food and drinks by the roof terrace have a very wide selection, which is all delicious and comes with great service.
I would definitely stay again.

TjhinIt's my 2nd stay here, and this time I got a room with a much tiner window. Didn't mind it since we were only staying 1 night this time.
Although this 2nd booking costs more (because of) free gifts (guided tour of terracotta and hanfu experience), I don't recommend it, if you're intending to make use of the gifts.
The hanfu experience merely lets you choose from a very limited selection. You will have to pay additional 99rmb for styling, and they will upsell you 168 for a better selection of clothes, and another 100rmb or more for photography. Basically, if you sum up everything and also factor in having to make your own way to their studio, you will be much better off just walking into a store nearby the hotel to arrange for your own. I enquired randomly and easily found others which are comparable but yet more convenient.
The same goes for Terracota guided tour. Free version is only available in chinese, and the tour agent wasn't very forthcoming about details for it. She kept upselling their (very expensive) package tours. We were much better off buying our own tickets from Trip.com, and booking our own didi over and back (theirs is a fixed time)
All in all, the hotel stay itself was good and recommended, but their attempt to give the ”free gifts” was terrible. I think it's much better if they didn't include these and indirectly spoil their overall experience.
