3-Star Hotels in Shaanxi, China

Two minutes from Mount Hua (Huashan) tourist center. We booked two mountain view rooms, the rooms are nice and clean. The owner will give you free gloves and drive you to the tourist center. When we finish our hiking trip on Huashan, we sent a message to the owner and she picked us up and bring us back to the hotel. There is a small restaurant at the back of the hotel over looking Huashan. We ordered few local traditional dishes for dinner, it was delicious! There were a few little issues from room 301, like a small water leak from bathroom's sink and the deadbolt lock is broken. We complaint to the staff about it that night and he told us all hotels in Huashan the deadbolt locks are like that??? But at my room # 303 the deadbolt lock is working perfectly fine. Hope those little things will be taking care of soon. They even offered to drop us off at the train station when we check out. Nice little family run hotel!

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

On my first night, the front desk lady with short hair was really kind and even helped me inquire about my delivery. However, the older woman with glasses who took over in the morning was very unfriendly. The hotel advertised a washing machine, but there was no dryer, which makes doing laundry inconvenient. When I asked the woman with glasses how to use it, she was very agitated and impatient. Downstairs, there were also people from other travel agencies, dressed in suits, trying to sell tours. They didn't initially state they were from a travel agency, which led me to mistakenly think they were hotel staff. As for the food, the hotel partners with another restaurant, and the selection is very limited. After about two days, you won't want to eat there anymore because it's always the same repetitive dishes. The location is great though. Right outside the hotel, there are many night market food stalls, and it's a very short walk to the subway station.

We had a great stay at King Town No.1 Hotel (Xi’an Bell Tower). The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent—right near the Bell Tower, making it very convenient to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the amenities met all our needs. Overall, it’s a great choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Xi’an. Traveling to Xi'an with my child, choosing Ebike Hotel was a perfect experience! Getting around was stress-free, with the train station and Wulukou subway station within walking distance. This made catching trains and transferring lines incredibly easy with a child, and direct access to all major attractions saved us a lot of hassle. It was super convenient for a family trip. The room was spacious, so we never felt cramped, and there was plenty of room for my child to move around. The hygiene was strictly up to standard; the bedding and amenities were clean and odorless, which gave me great peace of mind for my child's stay. The hot water supply was stable, and the facilities were safe with no hidden dangers. The attention to detail made our stay extremely comfortable. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with a convenience store and特色餐馆 (specialty restaurants) downstairs, so we didn't have to go far for food or supplies. The staff were warm and friendly, especially welcoming to children, and patiently helped us with any requests. Overall, the value for money was excellent, with a comfortable environment and convenient transportation. It's our top choice for family travel, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we bring our child to Xi'an!

This hotel is super convenient, right near Wulukou subway station. Getting around by metro, bus, or shared bikes is a breeze, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Xi'an Railway Station. A big thank you to the lovely front desk staff who proactively upgraded my room type! I stayed for three nights, and the room was tidied up by the cleaning staff every morning after I left – hygiene was great, and the soundproofing was really good too, making for a quiet stay. For breakfast, the two hot and two cold dishes were different every day. You can also cook your own noodles or toast bread. Steamed corn, pumpkin buns, hard-boiled eggs, soy milk, and congee were available daily, but there was no coffee. You can get tea from the lobby. Xi'an is a city rich in history and culture, with so much delicious food and fun things to do. I highly recommend staying here!

Very close to the airport. It only took about ten minutes to get to the airport and clear security using the hotel's shuttle service. Parking at the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are very spacious with excellent soundproofing and modern amenities, including a heated toilet seat. The breakfast was decent. Personally, I felt the sofa in the middle of the room was a bit superfluous.

This hotel is newly opened and it is very good! The room was clean and the triple room we stayed in was not too crowded. The key is that the service is particularly good! What we need is sent quickly. When charging in the parking lot, there is a small problem with the charging pile, and the staff actively help solve it. Storing luggage, opening water and other things are also very enthusiastic, and the tone is super gentle. I will choose here next time I come to Hanzhong!

The common areas were clean and bright, with an elegant and quiet environment, perfect for either temporary work or a short rest. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around, with complete surrounding amenities, making it very friendly for business travelers. Overall, both the hardware facilities and software services are impeccable, offering superb value for money. My stay was comfortable and reassuring; it’s an excellent choice for business trips and travel. I will definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to all my friends! When checking out, I forgot my charger in the room, and before I even left Xi'an, they called me. A quick delivery service solved the problem, saving me the wait for a courier.

I stayed at this hotel with friends, and honestly, I think it's fantastic! The cleanliness and attention to detail are top-notch. All the furniture and appliances are in perfect condition, and the smart assistant 'Xiao Du' (Xiaodu) works great. The bathroom has a dry-wet separation, with no water stains or strange smells, and the bedding is super comfortable and soft. The facilities are very well-maintained, and the common areas are spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and thorough, and dealt with a minor issue immediately. We had a really enjoyable stay.
