The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the subway station and attractions like the Bell Tower, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can easily walk to places like the Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter for local snacks. Getting to the train station, airport, and attractions such as the Terracotta Warriors is also a breeze. The room itself is spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a large two-meter bed.

The kids loved it! They really enjoyed the Ibis robot delivery service. The hotel is also quite spacious, with a nice wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and it's very clean.

The room was nice and clean, very close to the Bell Tower and the subway. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, and there's Xiaonanmen and the Bell Tower neighborhood nearby. It's also a short taxi ride to Datang Everbright City. The front desk staff were very friendly!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and loved to chat. They gave us such a warm welcome the moment we walked in, which was so heartwarming. Plus, there were cold and hot drinks available right when you entered. After walking back to the hotel, the plum juice in the lobby was just what I needed – so refreshing!

Excellent hotel! A colleague recommended it, and I'm so glad they did. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around, being very close to the metro station. The service and cleanliness were both top-notch and very thorough. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

We were forced to find this hotel last minute because our original hotel couldn't accommodate foreign passport holders. When we arrived, they first gave us a family room. The moment we stepped in, we were hit with a blast of hot air, which was surprising since it was 35 degrees Celsius in Xi'an and the AC wasn't on. Apparently, the AC only turns on after you insert the room key. We waited, sweating, for an hour, and the temperature only dropped by one degree. The staff member who came to check said there was no problem and that it just cools down very slowly. The guy at the front desk had a sour face the entire time. After another half an hour, the temperature hadn't dropped further. We couldn't take it anymore and contacted the front desk, and they agreed to switch our room. No staff member came; a robot delivered the new key card. We had to lug our luggage ourselves to the new room, and finally, the temperature issue was resolved. Even though it was a family room and everyone's information was registered, they only provided two bath towels and didn't add any more over our three-night stay. The lobby and elevator areas felt dirty, especially on the first floor, which had a strange, indescribable smell. What I found most unacceptable was when I was checking in, the front desk directly took my phone and said they were helping me 'process the check-in.' Then they asked for a verification code. It was only when I pressed for details that I found out they were signing me up for their membership. Unbelievable! Good thing we were out early and back late during our stay. Oh, and by the way, there's no refrigerator in the mini-bar cabinet, no refrigerator at all!
