The Good: • Perfect Location: This hotel is ideally situated in Antwerp, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. • Impeccable Rooms: The room was modern, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Great value for the price. Things to Note: • Shower Design: Be careful with the water direction, if sprayed outward, water leaks into the room. Keep it aimed toward the inner wall. • Water Supply: Bottles are only provided on the first day. In an eco-friendly hotel with minimal amenities, not providing consistent drinking bottle water felt quite unreasonable. • Inconsistent Service: Some staff were wonderful, but others were lethargic with limited English skills. • Lobby Curfew: The lobby closes at 1:30 AM, and staff began ushering guests out early. This ”curfew” was quite disappointing for a hospitality establishment. All in all, a great stay for the location and room quality, but management needs to improve staff training and guest policies.

The location and cleanliness are perfect, so it was easy to find restaurants and cafe. It was close to the station, and the hotel has huge space to work. We worked until our train. Thee size of the room is also enough for 2 people with that price. But it was quite simple, so there was no amenities.

The hotel has an excellent location. It's a 5-minute walk from the central station and close to all the historical city center's attractions. Everything in the room is new and very clean. Both the hotel and room entry are via a digital code. The reception is on the 6th floor, where you'll also find the breakfast area and bar. The staff are very welcoming and positive. Upon check-in, they offered us a choice of views, and we picked one overlooking the opera! The only downside was that the room temperature wasn't very comfortable for us; we prefer it warmer. We tried to adjust it, but it didn't get any warmer.

Review: My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not without issues. Upon arrival, there was an apparent payment error, requiring me to pay again on the spot, meaning I was charged twice. Thankfully, this was corrected the next day, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, and our double room was only provided with one set of towels. The room itself was fine, but these shortcomings made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Standard Hampton Inn, generally clean and modernly equipped rooms, but our room was quite run down if you looked closely. For 2 nights it was perfectly fine though, breakfast was also good. Very friendly staff, central location right next to Antwerp Central Station. Two parking options are offered at the hotel for €17-25.

A good budget hotel for one night. Could be cleaner. It's right next to the highway. The curtain is missing and in the closet instead of being fixed. There's no refrigerator or anything like that in the room. The shower and bed were fine.

Onze kamer was vrij ruim en goed ingedeeld. Algemene netheid is zeker aan de goeie kant. 1 Minpunt, afvoer douche was verstopt ( of liep heel traag door ). De ontbijtruimte is heel goed, de keuze mag wat mij betreft iets gevarieerder. Vriendelijke eigenaars.

Muy buen alojamiento si estás de paso por Mechelen, también lo recomendaría si busca un punto a mitad de camino para explorar la zona, las habitaciones son muy amplias y con lo necesario. No tienen armarios por lo que si buscas sacar toda la ropa de la maleta, dispones de unos colgadores con percha pero no es un armario cerrado. En mi caso me tocó una habitación accesible que tenía mucho más espacio de lo normal. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren y del centro, se puede ir caminando perfectamente. En recepción tienen unas máquinas para hacerte un té o café y los empleados son muy amables y te explican todo lo que necesitas.

Hotel was fine, room was small but modern enough. My room wasn’t cleaned or serviced one day, which was disappointing. When I alerted reception they didn’t seem to consider it too big a deal. Some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. Not great location if you wanted to head into the city, was a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. If I were back in Antwerp I’d likely look at alternatives but as a last resort it’s not that bad a hotel to stay in for business travel.

Nice hotel and good location. People who work there are friendly and helpful. Free coffee, tea and water in the room. Room clean and has aircon. You are next to restaurants, bars, take aways and supermarkets. Very quick walk to the central area of Antwerp and to the river. There is a cafe downstairs. You only have until 8pm to check in so be careful. Didn't see any staff during the evenings, and you have to buzz yourself into the reception with your room card. Might be a bit problematic if you have issues and no staff working. You can get breakfast buffet for around €20.
