I like this hotel: quite, private, relaxing. The villa is very big (not a fan of big spaces), it would be perfect for families. The rooms are quite nice, and view is great to be honest. I didn't like the breakfast so much (can be improved), but the other restaurants are quite good. The massage place is a MUST: it was the best part of the activities.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended It's about an hour and twenty minutes from the pier, which isn't super close, but the hotel offers a shuttle service. Booking it in advance made things very easy, especially traveling with family. The environment is quiet with great views, and the rooms are clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The snorkeling experience was good, and the staff were incredibly patient and responsible. I definitely have to praise the restaurant! The traditional Indonesian dishes were super authentic; we ate there two nights in a row and still couldn't get enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's really suitable for a family vacation!

The biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. The stay was a very pleasant and wonderful environment. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There were also a lot of activities to do from indoors to outdoors, beach activities and the jet ski and atv experience was the best! The food there are all delicious. Travelling was also convenient as transportation are easily accessible and provided. Will surely recommend anyone visiting Bintan to stop by Holiday Inn Resort for a fun-filled vacation.

We stayed as a group of 14 guests occupying 10 rooms and had a wonderful experience overall. A special mention goes to Duty Manager Gaby Jasmine, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Although there were some issues with our room arrangements upon arrival, Gaby handled the situation professionally and efficiently, ensuring everything was sorted out for our group. What impressed us most was her attentiveness and genuine care for the guests. She remained approachable, proactive and always willing to help, which made a big difference to our overall experience. The hotel itself is well located, comfortable and a great choice for a relaxing getaway in Bintan. Combined with the excellent service we received, it made for a very enjoyable stay.
