The hotel is well located and nominally has everything. But the hotel is extremely dilapidated. The rooms are spacious and well equipped for a family vacation - there is a full kitchen, two bathrooms. There are TVs, but no access to YouTube. The air conditioner works in general, but the console is all broken and it is not immediately clear how it works. All the mirrors in the bathrooms are already peeling off at the edges. The lamp in one of the bathrooms was constantly blinking, there are streaks on the ceiling, the sinks and faucets are leaking. And the water in the shower stall spills onto the floor as if there is no door at all. The door handle to the loggia is so loose that it is scary to touch. But in fact, you can use all this with gritted teeth. They clean every day and quite carefully. The spa pool smelled slightly of chlorine, a lone cockroach was running around, but you can swim, there is a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. It is much more pleasant to swim in the outdoor pools, of which there are three, including a paddling pool. The cuisine in the restaurant and bar is cheap and tasteless. In general, you can stay, but it is difficult to enjoy your stay. I liked the minimarket at the hotel with many useful things. Lidl is nearby. The lawn at the hotel is beautiful, it is great to watch the sunsets.

I had premium garden cabana with sea view. There is nothing premium about this cabana there is no garden and sea view is limited. Room are clean and service is good but rooms and hotel needs upgrade and maintenance ie. in my room floor was falling apart. Pool is very nice. Access to beach ONLY via few steps. On the beach you need to pay for sunbed and umbrella if you want to use it otherwise you can lay on the towel/sand. I was at the end of September and age average in this hotel was well above 65-70 so no young couples or families at ALL. Overpriced for the overall quality.

The overall impression is positive. Very convenient location, especially for those on the car: there is a parking, it is right on the big road. Inside there is a restaurant. We have a three-bedroom room paid for the ball, but no breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, as the cafe doesn't work, so we asked for a change instead of reimbursement. The room is clean, but furniture and repairs already require upgrades. The room has a stove, a teapot, a refrigerator, air conditioners working for heat. To the sea by car 5 minutes. The pool is clean but no one was swimming in it in the winter. On the other hand, several cafes and shops where you can buy food and cook in the room. Neighbours were a little noisy as they drank a lot and had fun, noise in rooms is bad. However, the rooms themselves are large enough . We had a combined room with a living room and one bedroom. Plus there was a beautiful balcony with a chic view.

We booked a Xmas break. The hotel had really made an effort to look after children and adults. Simple entertainment throughout the festive programme including quizzes and other activities. Children well catered for including a visit from Santa. Really good tasty food and exceptional Christmas Eve and Christmas Day buffets. Staff worked hard. We asked for a quiet room which we got. Very nice room and comfy bed.

Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service: Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast. It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better. Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.

An amazing hotel that offers an unforgettable experience in every aspect! The cleanliness is top-notch, with well-maintained and tidy rooms. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, ensuring guests are fully satisfied. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, with a sense of warmth and luxury. The food is delicious and diverse, with dishes that are both tasty and indulgent. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality and pampering vacation!

Very warm little hotel. Just next to the port. You can see the sea. You can swim by the sea. There are also sermons to walk. Nearby are all restaurants and entertainment. It is about 10 kilometers from the airport. The hotel is very old than you and me. But there is an update. The new is very beautiful and warm. I came to live in November and paid more than 400. It's expensive in June.

HHONGMEIThe breakfast is rich. The hotel is close to the sea, and it's quite beautiful to watch the sunrise in the sea view room. It has convenient parking. It's suitable for trips of families, parents and children as well as couples. The coastal running track is behind the hotel, which is very convenient for morning exercises. A marine project service point is conveniently located nearby.

SStephanosThe Akamanthea Hotel in Polis Chrysochous is a real gem in Paphos. The location is excellent – close to all the main attractions, including the famous Yiannakis Beach, the charming Polis harbor, and the breathtaking Akamas Peninsula. The hotel offers beautiful views and a relaxing environment that makes it perfect for both couples and families. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms and facilities are spotless, and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. The large, clean swimming pool with a pool bar is an ideal spot to spend the day under the sun. With its combination of comfort, cleanliness, great service, and reasonable prices, it truly is value for money. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore the area, this hotel is exactly what you need for a memorable holiday.

GGuest UserI had visited this hotel several times. I love it's location (you can walk to Kato Paphos through a beautiful embankment with a lot of cats to feed). There's a wonderful breakfast until there's a lot of guests. Yes, this is an old, tired and obsolete hotel with bad soundproof, but staff can help you if it's possible. And there's a wonderful fruit garden near the pool.

KkarietteThe room was a little outdated but the food really impressed us. It was always different and freshly made. It really impressed us. The staff was friendly and after some time, they recognized us. Even it was off season there was always entertainment in the evening and we could really stay at the property at night and enjoy our evening. It was very quiet in the evening even we had a pool view room facing the pool. We slept really we. What's also impressive is the clearness. It's really well maintained and daily cleaning service was also perfectly done. If you stay there, you have to do all inclusive. The food really makes everything perfect.

GGuest UserOverall a good stay. On the positive side, We found that our hotel room was maintained very clean! The facilities and grounds were just ok. The breakfast was excellent! The drinks at the hotel bar were not very good and during our stay we found it impossible to get chocolate ice cream… also a tip.. if you wish to find a sunbed at the pool then you shouldn’t hand in the towels and wake up early to go and reserve your place!!
