Location was good. Our rooms were ready early. It was quite busy so the lift was constantly busy and packed with people and suitcases so be prepared to use the steps which were fine. Hotel staff helped book us a larger taxi for the airport. The room was spacious but there were elastics and other garbage left in the bathroom from previous guests when we arrived.

Stayed here with last min booking. My rooms was too hot that time so I just open the window. For those whi want to stay here I suggest prepare small cabin lugggage instead of bring all the lugggae to the room if you got the 1st floor room. Because you need to use the stairs Anyway this hotel has a pretty decoration for the Christmas They dont provide any amenities. And you need to pay for it. As most of the Northern Europe hotel

The front desk staff basically didn't know anything about it, and they didn't know much about the itinerary and transportation for many local tours. The hotel is in a good location, right next to the station. The hotel facilities are very simple and ordinary. In China, any three-star city business chain under Jinjiang, Huazhu and other groups will have better value for money than this. It can only be said that chain hotels in Norway are at this level, both in terms of services and facilities. You need to come to our country to study.

We saw the Northern Lights on our very first night, which took all the pressure off the rest of our trip – it was absolutely beautiful and magical! If you can only pick one hotel in Kirkenes, this is definitely it. It's the departure point for King Crab fishing tours, and many tourists even take a bus here just to join them.

Very good value for money. Kirkenes isn't very big, so everything is within walking distance. No elevator for 3 floors, but a very convenient freight elevator for luggage. On the ground floor, there's a very good Chinese restaurant, the Shanghai. There's a kitchen-dining room upstairs. Photo of the freight elevator and the daylight from my window, at 2:00 a.m.

非常滿意和推薦。但是有一點要說明，中文訂單中說的「加床」費用，其實是「加人」。兩個孩子只有一張雙人沙發床。風景不錯。性價比非常好

Beautifully located place with views over Kautokeino community and rock . Very nice staff and nice guests good food and good breakfast 5 + /5

Really love this place, the room and facilities were reasonable with the price and if you come with luck, you can see the Aurora from the balcony!
