The hotel facilities were just OK, but all the staff made me uncomfortable. They were not very rude, but they seemed not interested in their jobs. Of course there was no smile at all. There was no hospitality. Looks like it changes its name and it will be a better hotel. Although you change your name and signage, you can't go anywhere with these staff.
Excellent service, spotlessly clean rooms, great facilities, and a fantastic location. The extensive breakfast was a big plus, making for a truly pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its proximity to Gimpo Airport makes it particularly convenient for travelers catching a flight.
This is a brand new hotel with loft-style apartment units. It comes with a fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, and microwave, making it a great choice.
Everything was great, great room. Bath tub was excellent. The only negative thing was I put my room on make up room at 0830 and came back to my room at 1430 and my room wasn’t made up. Probably just a schedule issue ( since it is a multi-floor hotel, but every room on that floor was open and cleaned but mine. I saw all the open rooms. I am appreciative of the room as it was great, but is having my bed made, trash taken out, and new towels given that much of a task for the workers?
It was very good impression as my 1st times visiting in Korea because the hotel staffs were incredible friendly and helpful. However this is very difficult to get taxi as industry area. Overall is good for me and the hotel is valueable to stay.
It is quite hidden to find it. As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time.
I had a very comfortable stay at Staz Hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere and the quality of the facilities.
The only small downside was the location — it’s a bit far from central spots, but still accessible by train. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to travelers who prefer a quieter place to stay.
It was my second visit here.
The first one was around this time last year, and the camping site is right next to it.
I liked the view of the Namhan River so much that I came again.
I really, really like the accommodation.
Plus, it's friendly and it's nice to have a sauna and water park.
However, I think it would be much cooler if there was a game room or PlayStation where older children could play.^^
Anyway, I highly recommend it!!
It was so nice!
I checked in but there wasn't a bathroom, so I requested one again, and they even changed my room.
They asked if I wanted it cleaned the next morning, and when I came back, they cleaned the room perfectly. I was so grateful.
And the view from the 29th floor was amazing, with a view of Dongtan New Town.
Great

Very Good
TTanyiI brought my child to Gimpo for ice hockey and decided to bring my mom along to look around. The hotel's location is quite convenient; it's right off the highway. Plus, the nearby roads don't have much traffic, so it's quiet and comfortable here, with no noise. The Hyundai Premium Outlets are directly across from the hotel, which is great for shopping and dining, making it very convenient.
GGuest UserThe breakfast buffet was really worth it, lots of different food. Also there was a KFC and many other restaurants nearby. They stored my luggage until the evening even when I was already checked out. Thank you.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and quiet, the service attitude is very good. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is rich, and it is very close to the subway entrance. The price is affordable and highly recommended! Thank you Ctrip!
SsvtrighthereOverall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc…
One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet.
In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far…
Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet.
Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!
AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex
1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.
WWalsStayed for 4 nights with my family. Extremely clean and tidy rooms with all necessary facilities. Room was very spacious with a workstation for home office.
Enjoyed our stay.
Location is a bit far from city centre. May not be great for travellers who wants to stay near the city centre.
VVanRExcellent stay!
Spacious room.
Breakfast to die for.
Rooftop dinner was magnificent and view stunning.
Only problem is the reception is not on ground floor - I arrived late in the evening and nobody was there to direct me - they had a sign to stare where lobby is, but it’s very confusing if you don’t know.

AAnonymous UserWas given one room card upon check in. The entire room and the shower was very spacious. Other than the hair dryer, I was surprised that it was equipped with a hair straightener, hairspray, men/women respective toner and cream, and even insecticide spray. Wifi speed was good too, I could have online meetings.
I was concerned about the only window in the room that was wide open (only had a blind/shield and curtain to cover up). Also, the status display outside the door lights up showing if you're in the room (red light) or not in the room (blue light), based on your card inserts. Felt like I was being monitored constantly...
The hotel location is not the most convenient by subway/metro, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It was a 10-15 mins walk to Laveniche March Avenue.
Tourists please note that climate card cannot be used in this area. I had trouble getting taxis in the area generally, so just take note. I had opted for airport transfer via trip.com instead of trying my luck for a cab.
