There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh whenever I am in Chandigarh. Well located Hotel Lemon Tree near Elante Mall..clean rooms, satisfactory food..but F&B Staff needs to be trained to be more quiet and need to focus on the guests but they were talking amongst them selves and were not that concerned with the guests’ needs at the restaurant !😊
