"The toilet in the room itself has no place to wash hands, and if you are in the wash, you can't wash your hands.
The meal doesn't change.
There's no toilet in the bathroom dressing room.

Newly renovated baths, now open, along with all-new stone spa and an open-air bath overlooking the Mogami River.
"The hotel is a bit far from the city but it is clean and the service is superb. The hot spring has a good view of the river so it is quite relaxing while having baths there. Dinner has good choice of food and it comprised of a set and also buffet. I requested for changing the content of the set menu and they were able to accommodate my request at very short notice. The servicing staff were extremely friendly."

The hotel is a bit far from the city but it is clean and the service is superb. The hot spring has a good view of the river so it is quite relaxing while having baths there. Dinner has good choice of food and it comprised of a set and also buffet. I requested for changing the content of the set menu and they were able to accommodate my request at very short notice. The hotel is beautifully decorated in Japanese style. There is stunning scenery outside the window of our room. The dinner is surprisingly good with excellent service, well decorated dishes of tasty food. Definitely will stay here again in next visit to North East Japan.
