Facilities: Really good, all the basics are there. The bathrooms also offer different options. The temperature was generally a bit high, but I think that might just be a southern person thing. Cleanliness: I switched rooms midway through my stay, and even with the quick turnaround for cleaning, you could tell they put in effort. The cleanliness was absolutely excellent 👍 Environment: The surrounding area has lots of great food options, but if you're looking for quiet, it might not be the best choice. Service: Simply incredible. On my first night, the building outside was doing renovations by 10 AM the next day, and they were so incredibly thoughtful to switch my room, even though I only had a few hours left before checkout. I immediately extended my stay. The front desk service at this hotel truly moved me. Every single staff member, both guys and girls, was fantastic. On the other hand... I feel like they're still striving for more. They're definitely worth checking out! Overall, it was a fantastic stay~

During my trip to Shenyang this time, I was incredibly grateful for Alisa's care and attention. She contacted me even before I checked in. As one of the 'educated youths' who helped build Shenyang back in the day, I'm now in my seventies, and it was wonderful to revisit the place. Alisa not only arranged our room but also recommended delicious food and beautiful sights, she was truly enthusiastic. We stayed at the Hilton Shenyang, and our four-day experience was fantastic. Both the hotel's lobby and guest rooms were very clean. The staff at the front desk, the executive lounge on the 19th floor, and other areas were all courteous, always ready to answer questions, and wonderfully attentive. This brand-new hotel is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped, and the premium mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hot water shower has smart temperature control and great water pressure. Breakfast was varied and the environment was pleasant. The location is super convenient for getting around, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Service: It was raining in the morning, and I originally planned to store my luggage and go out to explore. The front desk staff proactively informed us that due to the rain, they had already urged housekeeping to prepare the rooms early, so we could check in immediately. They also kindly inquired about our itinerary, asking if we needed any tourist information. There's a complimentary concierge service, and they patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and best viewing spots. Their sincerity was 100%! Location: The hotel boasts an entire stretch of Xinghai Bay. It's a 10-minute walk to Xinghai Square, and a 3-kilometer taxi ride to Fujiazhuang, the Zoo, and attractions along Binhai Road, which is incredibly convenient!

This is a very professional hotel with excellent service, consistently good as always. Every time I bring my child, we always need something from the front desk or order takeout, and the robot delivers it. My child especially loves playing with the robot. A big hotel is always better; you don't have to worry about hygiene, and the facilities are complete.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We loved having a large TV with no extra charges. We arrived very late, but the bar service was outstanding and really attentive. The bus stop is right outside the door, and parking is super convenient if you're driving. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'm definitely staying here again.

My overall experience was fantastic; it truly lives up to its reputation as a hotel managed by a renowned brand. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

Highly recommend Swissotel Shenyang for any traveller visiting Shenyang! My husband and I stayed in the Swiss select suite room and it was super spacious, clean, with unblocked views of the Shenyang TV tower. The room is also thoughtfully designed and stocked, making our stay very comfortable! The staff were also super hospitable, from check in staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was so friendly and genuine, and that made us feel super at home. Special shout out to Eric from the concierge who was attentive and super helpful, going the extra mile by offering us travel tips and ensuring we knew how to get our way around.
