"There were so many things, but overall, all the staff were very hardworking, kind and good people! First of all, it seems that the reservation for 4 nights that I had made on Trip.com was not made at the time of check-in. There are many staff members, but there are only about two staff members who can communicate in English without any problems, and it was difficult to find them every time lol. I was hurriedly guided to my room, but I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control, and a staff member just brought me a towel (probably the room was hastily provided, so it was not fully prepared?) When I asked for the remote control at that time, they brought it to me relatively quickly. The wi-fi password was handwritten on the phone, but it was faded and I couldn't read it, so I looked for a staff member again and asked lol. I thought there would be hot water, but it was room temperature (it was a little cold at first, but if you try hard to take a shower, it feels like it's getting warmer for some reason, but it was exactly the same temperature lol) and the water pressure was quite weak. I asked the staff, but it seems that the temperature probably can't be changed. I asked them for at least the water pressure, and it improved a little. However, the water pressure was weak again the next night, so I asked them to adjust the water pressure every day for four days before taking a shower. When the staff came to check the water pressure, they stood on the bath mat with their shoes on, and the bath mat turned black because the shoes were wet with water... This happened two days in a row, so we told them that the water pressure had improved and it was okay to check it. It may be a cultural difference, but I guess they don't care about guests' bath mats turning black. The laundry service, free bicycle rental, and currency exchange that were listed on Trip.com (same as ***********) were not available lol The location is nice, right in front of the sea. It's a 10-20 minute walk to the town, but I was so scared of the stray dogs at night (they sleep and relax during the day, but are super active at night...) that I had to use a tuk-tuk every time. The hotel itself is not bad, but the shower was the only thing that bothered me. There were also frequent power outages every day. (It wasn't particularly difficult, but it sometimes took several hours lol) The staff were all really trying to solve the problem and listen to our requests. They were very calm and friendly, and always had a shy smile lol However, their English was quite weak, so it was necessary to be patient and communicate."

"A fantastic hotel! We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it. We've never regretted choosing this place. The main advantage of this hotel is its customer service. The owner is a local who genuinely cares about his guests and strives to make their stay as comfortable as possible. You truly feel a sense of home-like hospitality here. The entire staff is very polite, friendly, and attentive. They're always ready to help with any questions: order a tuk-tuk, suggest interesting and beautiful places, help organize a trip, make arrangements, or solve everyday problems. The owner was always ready to help and offer advice. He even showed us the surrounding area for free and gave us a short drive around the area, for which we're especially grateful. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a shower with hot water, a hairdryer, an iron, air conditioning, and a fan. The bed linens and towels were clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was clean, and we didn't see any insects or other critters. Despite the convenient location, it was quiet at night. The rooms are located well back from the road, so traffic noise doesn't interfere with our rest. The hotel is very close to the ocean. Most attractions, points of interest, and activities in the area are about a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride away. I'd especially like to mention the food—everything was delicious. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here. A big thank you to the owner and the entire team for their care and the wonderful time we spent here. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience true Sri Lankan hospitality, not just an overnight stay. We would happily stay here again!"

The resort is family-owned, and you can truly feel the personal touch throughout your stay. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely service-oriented. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms and pool are exceptionally clean, and the charming individual cottages are beautifully maintained and offer a lovely sense of privacy. The owners and the reception team were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The surrounding area is also very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. "The hotel is located far from the ocean, but in this it is its plus. It stands on a hill, far from the street. To the beach 12 minutes walk. Very quiet. From the balcony you can see the ocean and surroundings. Rooms are spacious, panoramic windows. Hari watcher is very kind. All questions are resolved quickly. Just write a message. I'm staying here for the second time. Of the downsides: ants in the room will be your neighbors on a permanent basis. They are harmless, problems do not create. But the food is all to be hidden, and the trash is immediately removed or their number will increase multiplely."

"The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel is located on the most beautiful beach ever! Swimming was simply wonderful; a highlight is the fantastic reef for snorkeling. Breakfast costs extra, but it's delicious, and you have a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately, everything is so run down that I can't give it more than 3 stars. The rooms are small, musty, have hardly any power outlets, and not even a window. The towels were horribly dirty. The breakfast tables and the loungers on the beach are completely broken and uncomfortable. I think with a little investment, they could really create a little paradise here again!"

They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I wanted to go dolphin watching, and they arranged everything for me. They organized a tuk-tuk to pick us up from the hotel, take us to the boat, and bring us back afterwards, which made the whole experience completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10!"

"Overall, it's a good place: spacious rooms, 30 meters from the endless, deserted beach (through the grounds of the neighboring resort). You can use the resort's sun loungers. Breakfasts were excellent. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff was polite and helpful. Any issues that arose were resolved promptly. The main problem was upon check-in, when the owner said he couldn't see my reservation. It turned out his infrastructure was tailored exclusively to *********** and Agoda. It was a bit of a bummer..."
