"Very clean and next to sea hotel. Service at restaurant can be improved, waiters are plenty but no one sees that guest request are fulfilled they merely become messenger pass the request to another in the end no one has the responsibility."

"Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding."

"There were so many things, but overall, all the staff were very hardworking, kind and good people! First of all, it seems that the reservation for 4 nights that I had made on Trip.com was not made at the time of check-in. There are many staff members, but there are only about two staff members who can communicate in English without any problems, and it was difficult to find them every time lol. I was hurriedly guided to my room, but I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control, and a staff member just brought me a towel (probably the room was hastily provided, so it was not fully prepared?) When I asked for the remote control at that time, they brought it to me relatively quickly. The wi-fi password was handwritten on the phone, but it was faded and I couldn't read it, so I looked for a staff member again and asked lol. I thought there would be hot water, but it was room temperature (it was a little cold at first, but if you try hard to take a shower, it feels like it's getting warmer for some reason, but it was exactly the same temperature lol) and the water pressure was quite weak. I asked the staff, but it seems that the temperature probably can't be changed. I asked them for at least the water pressure, and it improved a little. However, the water pressure was weak again the next night, so I asked them to adjust the water pressure every day for four days before taking a shower. When the staff came to check the water pressure, they stood on the bath mat with their shoes on, and the bath mat turned black because the shoes were wet with water... This happened two days in a row, so we told them that the water pressure had improved and it was okay to check it. It may be a cultural difference, but I guess they don't care about guests' bath mats turning black. The laundry service, free bicycle rental, and currency exchange that were listed on Trip.com (same as ***********) were not available lol The location is nice, right in front of the sea. It's a 10-20 minute walk to the town, but I was so scared of the stray dogs at night (they sleep and relax during the day, but are super active at night...) that I had to use a tuk-tuk every time. The hotel itself is not bad, but the shower was the only thing that bothered me. There were also frequent power outages every day. (It wasn't particularly difficult, but it sometimes took several hours lol) The staff were all really trying to solve the problem and listen to our requests. They were very calm and friendly, and always had a shy smile lol However, their English was quite weak, so it was necessary to be patient and communicate."

"Thanks to the staff for a fantastic five days at this hotel! Everything was perfect – quick check-in, high-quality cleaning twice a day, breakfast (depending on the number of guests, there was a buffet or a la carte breakfast), a comfortable room, and a great beach."

"Siamo stati qui due notti, la famiglia è molto disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo anche fatto qui colazione, hanno un salone comune al piano terra dove ad ogni camera/gruppo viene servita. Le stanze sono in buono stato ma sulla pulizia si può fare di meglio, soprattutto nel bagno."

"The hotel is nice. The room is small, but there's a TV, hairdryer, and kettle. There's no refrigerator, if anyone needs one. No complaints about the hotel. However, the hotel claims they didn't advertise on Trip.com. We paid for a room with breakfast, but they showed my ******* booking as only the room listed. Breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding ruined our entire vacation experience. It turns out we paid Trip.com for breakfast, which the hotel didn't provide, since ******* only listed the room without breakfast. Very disappointing!"

"Like Trincomalee, this homestay is a bit difficult to find, there are few rooms, and it is still under construction, but the room is large, facing the sea, very quiet, very suitable for a daze. "Хороший отель!!! Мы провели в нём 7 ночей Хозяева ооочень гостеприимные и отзывчивые, готовили для нас большие креветки и возили на Мраморный пляж, разумеется за отдельную плату. Завтраки были не очень разнообразными, но большими и сытными) Наёмный рабочий, высокий молодой человек очень помогал нам с малышом, играл с ним, пока мы кушали) ребёнок сам просился к нему на ручки)) Девушки, которые готовили нам завтрак , тоже были очень милыми и добрыми. Наш номер был на третем этаже и в нашем распоряжении была целая веранда- это было очень удобно- поиграть с ребёнком, развесить мокрую одежду, посмотреть на звёзды или попить утренний кофе, муж курил. Расположение тоже хорошее- третий дом от пляжа) Пляж довольно чистый, гораздо более чистый, чем в туристическом районе уппувелли. Рядом много лавок с фруктами и кафе, где едят местные- не так инстаграмно, как в туристических ресторанах, но тоже вкусно и в 3 раза дешевле Из минусов -в номере негде разложить или повесить одежду-ни шкафа, ни крючков, ни чего то, куда можно повесить плечики-у нас была гора в чемодане и вокруг. Много одежды вешали на веранде - у забора всегда была стая местных бездомных собак, они безвредные , но шумные - горячей воды нет. Пока было пасмурно мыться было не комфортно, потом стало нормально) -WiFi работает плохо, на веранде ловил лучше -телевизора нет, он конечно и не был заявлен , но оказалось скучно без него пережидать полуденный солнцепёк Вряд ли мы вернёмся сюда снова из-за большого разнообразия отелей , но для не очень притязательный туристов место очень даже подойдёт )"
