"The hotel is nice. The room is small, but there's a TV, hairdryer, and kettle. There's no refrigerator, if anyone needs one. No complaints about the hotel. However, the hotel claims they didn't advertise on Trip.com. We paid for a room with breakfast, but they showed my ******* booking as only the room listed. Breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding ruined our entire vacation experience. It turns out we paid Trip.com for breakfast, which the hotel didn't provide, since ******* only listed the room without breakfast. Very disappointing!"

"Awesome hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and we liked it very much. We never regretted choosing this place. The main dignity of this hotel attitude towards the guests. The owner of the hotel a local resident who sincerely cared for his guests and tried to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you really feel the real hospitality. All staff are very polite, kind and attentive. Staff are always ready to help with any matter: to call tuck, to tell interesting and beautiful places, to help organize a trip, to agree on something or solve the home issue. The owner was always ready to help and give advice. He even showed us the neighborhood free of charge and rolled around the area a little, for which he was a separate thank you. The room has everything you need for comfortable accommodation: hot water showers, fan, twig, air conditioner and fan. Bedding and towels were clean. Bed large and comfortable. The room was clean, no insects or other animals we noticed. Despite the convenient location, the night was quiet. The rooms are quite far from the road, so the noise of the transportation does not prevent rest. The hotel is very close to the ocean. To most of the sights, interesting places and activities in the area, you can reach the area in about 15 minutes on the tuck-tuck. I would like to celebrate the food everything was delicious. We felt very comfortable and calm here. Thanks a lot to the owner and the whole team for the care and the wonderful time we spent here. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants not to just stay, but to feel the real hospitality of Sri Lanka's locals. We would be happy to stay here again!"

"Location is chic, room with a gulf view - excellent, served table with bags of tea, sugar and that rare - glasses in paper sterile packages. Dinner is delicious and not very expensive. Everything seems good. But - while there is a manager to contact and who will give instructions to the workers. The second towel could not be received. In the evening they ordered breakfast at 7.30 in the morning to leave early. Until 8.00 at all no one could be found in the restaurant or in the receptacle. Then I managed to catch some half-sleepy guy, even I don't know who he is. Reminded about breakfast, ran, minutes after 15 brought in place of English breakfast an uncooked egg, toasts, margarine and jam and))) half the mandarin. Also ordered 1 extra coffee as they were sure that the coffee included in breakfast. But the result was 2 coffee separately. I don't regret this money, but to dumped on the small things - somehow unbeautiful and hurts the image of the hotel. Second time we won't go. Although the room and the view, I repeat, excellent."

"Хороший отель, ни чуть не пожалели, что остановились здесь. Вкусные завтраки, вкусные ужины, хороший чистый бассейн и очень приветливый персонал. В комнате пахнет очень вкусно - лемонграсом. Минус комнаты - сильная слышимость. Мы пытались уснуть пораньше, так как предстоял ранний подъем но до 10 вечера слышали, как соседи звенели вилками и болтали, ужиная. Еще один минус - расположение кондиционера. Он дует прямо на кровать, а одеял в отеле нет, только простыни. С кондиционером холодно, без него - жарко 😁 Но в целом, эти два минуса не перекрыли позитивный настрой, так как отель показался нам очень классным. Отдельный плюс я хочу отметить за книжку с заданиями, которую дали моему сыну. Очень много интересных заданий, которые он выполнял, пока ожидал ужин, или в течение дня. По прохождении книжки есть подарок - мороженое. Очень мило. Кстати, в пяти минутах от отеля чудесный пляж! 🥰 и там почти нет людей."

"This is a great choice in Trincomalee. The hotel has a private beach with stunning views. You can also cook your own meals. We bought fresh shrimp and fish and cooked them ourselves. The best part is that after going out to sea to see dolphins, the boatman took us directly back to the hotel! I will come again next time!"

"My friend and I stayed here for two days. The service was very good. I bought beef and crab sea shrimp to the kitchen for processing. The staff was still helping. It was very convenient to walk out for less than 3 minutes. It was super beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset. The hotel environment is also better, clean and hygienic. "Хороший отель!!! Мы провели в нём 7 ночей Хозяева ооочень гостеприимные и отзывчивые, готовили для нас большие креветки и возили на Мраморный пляж, разумеется за отдельную плату. Завтраки были не очень разнообразными, но большими и сытными) Наёмный рабочий, высокий молодой человек очень помогал нам с малышом, играл с ним, пока мы кушали) ребёнок сам просился к нему на ручки)) Девушки, которые готовили нам завтрак , тоже были очень милыми и добрыми. Наш номер был на третем этаже и в нашем распоряжении была целая веранда- это было очень удобно- поиграть с ребёнком, развесить мокрую одежду, посмотреть на звёзды или попить утренний кофе, муж курил. Расположение тоже хорошее- третий дом от пляжа) Пляж довольно чистый, гораздо более чистый, чем в туристическом районе уппувелли. Рядом много лавок с фруктами и кафе, где едят местные- не так инстаграмно, как в туристических ресторанах, но тоже вкусно и в 3 раза дешевле Из минусов -в номере негде разложить или повесить одежду-ни шкафа, ни крючков, ни чего то, куда можно повесить плечики-у нас была гора в чемодане и вокруг. Много одежды вешали на веранде - у забора всегда была стая местных бездомных собак, они безвредные , но шумные - горячей воды нет. Пока было пасмурно мыться было не комфортно, потом стало нормально) -WiFi работает плохо, на веранде ловил лучше -телевизора нет, он конечно и не был заявлен , но оказалось скучно без него пережидать полуденный солнцепёк Вряд ли мы вернёмся сюда снова из-за большого разнообразия отелей , но для не очень притязательный туристов место очень даже подойдёт )"
