"An experience not to be recommended given how it went..... although the room is very large, it does not have a real wardrobe (only one where you can hang your stuff and the shelves are very high up where there are blankets and pillows, so impossible put something in it, laundry? There's no drawer to put it in.....anyway....with three suitcases for a week.....I had to leave them on the floor and open them every day like refugees... This is already really inconvenient! Breakfast? All packaged stuff, not a homemade cake, what the heck are we in Sicily? Would they throw them in your face on the street and not take care of one of the most important meals of the day? little and sometimes I don't understand why we don't put our heart and soul into what we have. On the first and only day of breakfast the waitress approaches us and tells us (we have news to tell you) from tomorrow breakfast will be taken in the room... .. there is a fault..... Obviously it wasn't true otherwise they would have had problems even at that moment.... The real reason was a person for all the customers in the rooms who couldn't manage..... So they thought it best to leave the snack bag outside the room for the day.... the next day we asked out of pure curiosity what they had decided to do.... I repeat there was no reason to do it having at least used the kitchenette and fridge at least.....and they tell us (no, well, we'll do it.....making it clear from their tone that the fault had never occurred) evidently they had had a lot of controversy from other customers. Another day..... Room never done......let's go and say it and I'll reply (ah..... Evidently they forgot) oh well 😂. On the last evening we enter the room and find this huge square pouf (which served as another bed) added near the bed under which I had the suitcases which for me were my wardrobe which I pulled out every day for the change.....which didn't I could no longer pull ..... Put like this because maybe he had to return them ..... Invading your spaces..... something shocking ..... We took him and put him outside the room (indoors) also annoyed from this gesture. The structure appears neglected and without shaded areas... but it has great potential. The swimming pool is nothing to say spectacular and perhaps it is the only point that raises the trip comments.... But honestly, that's not all that matters. On the other hand, a positive note goes to Giusy who, poor thing, has all the work on her shoulders and is very polite and kind."

"My husband and I arrived to Baglio Sur after landing from the states. The staff were amazing!!! We arrived to a tasting and lunch. The views while sitting outside were amazing. The food was great. That afternoon we were poolside, quiet and calm. We were taking in the space and enjoying the relaxation after a day of travel while sipping on Blanc de Blanc( our favorite). Dinner was equally great with staff who knew us. Wine was brought to us outside and our needs were met. This place is what we need. Quiet and peaceful. It was close enough to Trapani to drive in and enjoy the day. We can’t say enough about this place and would come back 100%. Highly recommend for some beautiful olive groves, vineyards and countryside peace. Highly recommend!"

"A relaxing weekend spent in this beautiful bay in the green. A clean and large pool, a few meters from the structure,contoured by palms and plants.The Casettes are independent, very comfortable, equipped with outer veranda and kitchen corner.We had the opportunity to eat comfortable at home, But also try their restaurant.Good and rustic dishes. You can decide if to make breakfast on site at 8euro per person. It is a buffet and abundant. We have been very friendly and hand-on-hand staff, especially thanks to Marta for her willingness and to Angelo for her sympathy and hospitality. We have heard ourselves at home. We will return"

"The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old town and for the port and beaches. The rooms are a generous size and from the little balcony on the front rooms you can see the sea at both ends of the narrow street. There is a communal lounge/kitchenette on each floor shared by 3 or 4 rooms and a larger lounge area with Aircon on the 4th floor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the buffet continental breakfast had a wide choice of items."

"Easter in Trapani and overnight stay in this facility. Kindly during the booking process we were offered rooms of different types but with the same price assuming that there were many of us and we needed 6 rooms. Beautiful facility, panoramic terrace, modern and new furnishings. Unfortunately managed in an unprofessional manner. Absurd to have to book the flavor of the croissant and the drink for breakfast (which we had to pay in cash) the evening before for the next day. And what if in the morning you change your mind? I therefore suggest going out for breakfast elsewhere. Misunderstandings also for the tax document that is due to each person if they pay for a service, moreover if they pay by debit card. Too bad because the facility deserves it"

"Great hotel in the old town of Trapani. Hotel situated on a quiet pedestrian street, bars and restaurants within 50 yards yet little noise. There is a small beach and beach bar about 100 yards away. The centre of the old town is about 100 yards away. My group had two apartments in the hotel, which were spacious and comfy but lacked balconies. Nice rooftop bar, but the best thing about the hotel was definitely the breakfast setup, fresh made to order coffee, nice verity of food, and a nice shady outdoor setup."

"the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though."
