The room was very comfortable, quiet, with modern and tasteful decoration, along with a wide and functional bathroom ideal for relaxing after the trips. The attention was another high point: Cristina, Front Office Manager, received us with great sympathy, showed us with attention all the hotel facilities, including the SPA, which was a differential in our stay. We strongly recommend those who wish to meet Trapani with comfort, style and perfect service."

"Usually, the accommodation is in poor condition than you can see in the photo, but the actual site here was much better. It was so neat, clean and comfortable to go after resting. During a long trip, the washing machine was a god's hand. And it was not induction, it was cast, so it was great to eat and eat. The location is good and the neighborhood is very quiet."

Everything was great although minor inconveniences such as the lack of electric points and shower which doesn't flow very well but it's meant to be glamping so I can overlook that. Service staff was excellent and very helpful. I am overall happy with the place and had the opportunity to stay in this lovely place"

"Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience."
