"Great location with easy access to transport, and within comfortable walking distance of the city, which made exploring really convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay, which made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
The only downside was the noise — sound carries quite a lot, so you can hear cleaners early in the morning, people talking in the corridor, and doors slamming. Installing soft-close doors would be a great improvement. Aside from that, everything else was very good."

The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic.
The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment.
On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning.
it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment.
However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool.
You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on.
A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on.
It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

We chose to stay in the glamping tent. Everything was great although minor inconveniences such as the lack of electric points and shower which doesn't flow very well but it's meant to be glamping so I can overlook that. Service staff was excellent and very helpful. I am overall happy with the place and had the opportunity to stay in this lovely place

Hotel Vittoria is an older hotel - quite nostalgic I must say! Just look at the key of the room! Totally old style, but super cool! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room was big and clean and very simple. The bed was bigger than what we usually had during our Sicily trip and it was very comfy ... I'd say it reflected the size of the room ... 😂
The breakfast next morning was very nice - we had eggs, crêpes, cakes, fruits, ... a lot to choose from and again, very helpful and friendly staff. Those heads on the pictures were all on tables on the way to the dining room ... Unfortunately, I forgot to take more pictures of the hotel, but instead, I will add some pix of Trapani where in the evening we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip ... And that tree! OMG! What a personality! 😍

The location is convenient, the service and the staff are very pleasant. But with the room is getting more difficult. The room is hot, and the air conditioner is right over the head. You turn it on-cool, turn off and in an hour it's hot. You wake up at night because of it. And the walls as if cardboard, the TV from the next room is heard.

Wasn’t really worth the price. I was in a tiny room with one window that I couldn’t even open when I arrived because there were cleaners smoking outside my window when I arrived. The room smelled of chemicals and the A/C gave out a damp smell. Was in a strange part of town that was about a 20min walk to the station (if you fast). I stayed at a hostels that had more to offer.

Staying at Il Cavaliere in Trapani was a overall pleasant experience! The location was a bit tricky to find initially and easy to miss since it is set a bit further out from the main town center, but the incredible service made up for it completely. The room was on the smaller side, but it was exceptionally clean, very cozy, and extremely comfortable for a couple of nights. Great option for a comfortable base in Trapani!
