Turkler Hotel

It was very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, few teething issue in toilet and bathroom which can be easily fixed. Very professional staff esp the kind kitchen ladies as they made us special breakfast one day when we did miss the deadline time of 11am. They are very hard working esp Beyzarun and Tunisian receptionist. Hotel is right in front of trabzon bus terminal and minibus is also easily located right in front of hotel. Overall very happy with our stay and would book again if travel to that city.

There hotel not good even has The smell of mold secretion and both out service, Bad morals of staff and employees make us unhappy there , when we got there was late and tired , if be possible will cancel it

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience of my trip to Türkiye (and I’m not that one person who’s never satisfied)! To be fair, the rooms were clean and quiet, and they didn’t charge me when the shower hose broke, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There were problems with my room arrangements from the beginning. After two nights, when they gave me another room, the situation got worse. The water pressure was very low, and on my final night there was no hot water at all, so I couldn’t even take a proper shower before travelling the next day. What made matters worse was the unhelpful and unprofessional attitude of the person presented as the manager, rather than any real effort to address the problems. He couldn’t even speak English! I don’t expect luxury, but functioning facilities, hot water, decent water pressure, and respectful service are basic expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

It was a good place to stay .. i like it

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.
