North Star Hotel

The hotel has no outstanding service.

We stayed at the North Star Hotel in Trabzon for one night, needing a good, high-quality hotel near the airport. Overall, we were very pleased. We booked a room with a double bed—the bed was very large and spacious, and we slept comfortably. The room was odor-free. All the furniture in the room was new, and there was a large Smart TV. The bathroom and fixtures were in excellent condition. There was air conditioning with a heating mode, which was especially convenient. The room also had a tea set, coffee, and water. Clean towels and fresh linens were provided. The hotel left a very pleasant impression—we would happily return again and recommend it to friends.

The hotel room was good and included breakfast which was also good.

Both the facilities and the service attitude are very good, especially when I arrived on the first day, I was immediately provided with an extra breakfast. Secondly, the staff can speak English, which is not easy in Trabzon. Then it is really close to the airport

Honestly, the location is very excellent, and the service of the brothers at the reception was all friendly, helpful, polite, kind, and honest. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but it is clear that they are Syrians from their dialect. May God grant them success and provide for them according to their good manners and morals.
