Very Bad Location ,In the Middle of Workshops, Factories and Welding stations. Only One Person Out of their Staff was Reasonable & Had Good Skills.Rest The Property Had Bad Noise and Odour. No Safety On Staircase and Lift was very Small & Customers had To Wait Too long For Lift.The rooms Were not Made As Advertised.This hotel is Not 3 stars At all. The restaurant menu And Unhygienic look was not Nice at all Fake Pictures and reviews on Internet to Scam Customers.

It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. Maybe some renovations needed for rooms. Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage. Price of tour was good but maybe duration for destinations might be increased. There are restaurants nearby and I can recommend patesserie and Terminal Restaurant to try pidas with minced beef and cheese. Free breakfast was delicious as well.

Nice hotel Clean Vary cooperative staff The only thing that bad the noise from surroundings from morning to afternoon If you are tourist ,This is not problem because you usually return at night

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.
