My husband and I had the most amazing time at Joia de Bávaro last week! The resort was absolutely beautiful, the service was top-notch, and every moment felt like paradise. From the delicious food to the peaceful pools and stunning beach views, it was the perfect romantic getaway. We’re already dreaming of going back!

Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

Guest UserI felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)

Guest UserHonestly, I had underestimated this accommodation because of the rate, but yes, I was wrong. The cleanliness is incredible, absolutely spotless, and the customer service is just as good. From the moment I arrived, the attention from Yajaira, the staff at the adults-only bar, and the snack bar made my solo trip delightful. And what can I say, I got to enjoy a spectacular beach... If you're used to trips with a gourmet dining experience, this isn't your place, but otherwise, it was very good. 💫

Their service starts at the check in. Warm welcomesand big smiles makes you feel immediately safe and at home. Their facility is clean, quiet, and there's this sense of calmness throughout the facility. Their rooms are spacious with modern amenities. And the food, the food blew me away. Real authenticity, flavorful, and various assortments to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back

What an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

Los Corales Village Punta Cana - Original -is a wonderful place to stay with direct access to the beach,The houses are clean, comfortable, and located very close to the beach. Everything works perfectly, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The breakfast is tasty, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. Special thanks to Rosa, the property manager, for her kindness and great service. Definitely will come again!

Jenifer was really helpful ! She responded to all my requests and apologizes for any delay in response ! She gave all the information I needed ! She’s a good staff ! She made my stay easy ! I love the ambience and I will be coming with my family in July . I love the room so comfortable everything is good . The hotel is so beautiful !
