GGuest UserMy husband and I had the most amazing time at Joia de Bávaro last week! The resort was absolutely beautiful, the service was top-notch, and every moment felt like paradise. From the delicious food to the peaceful pools and stunning beach views, it was the perfect romantic getaway. We’re already dreaming of going back!

GGuest UserI felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)

GGuest UserWhat an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

VVidal ClaramonteIt has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

Los Corales Village Punta Cana - Original -is a wonderful place to stay with direct access to the beach,The houses are clean, comfortable, and located very close to the beach. Everything works perfectly, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The breakfast is tasty, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. Special thanks to Rosa, the property manager, for her kindness and great service. Definitely will come again!

OOleTOk, but don't expect anything special. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Breakfast is only 3 options to choose from, one of which is always missing. There is a small beach club with a bar at the second hotel on the beach within walking distance. The staff is very slow, as is the case everywhere in the country. Before New Year's Eve we asked for an iron to iron our dress, but they never brought it to us. The room has a large wardrobe and not a single hanger. There is no refrigerator. Large balcony, not a single chair on the balcony. Everything is somehow ill-conceived

SSEBASTIAN CAMACHO GIRALDOHotel El Imperio is a good place for a short stay or for taking tours in Punta Cana. While its location isn't the best, it's easy to get to by public transport (Uber or taxi).
The breakfast was a highlight. The cleanliness of the facilities could be improved.
