The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

Ronaldo RoqueWe loved everything! The cleanliness, the attentive staff, and the upkeep of the complex were all fantastic. As for the food, we ate what we enjoyed. Overall, lunch, dinner, and breakfast were wonderful. The pools were clean, there were all sorts of attractions, and drinks were plentiful. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about. The Princess group truly deserves commendation. I have to end with a rant: how can anyone go to a place like this and still complain??? Most of the time, people don't even have all of this in their daily lives. For example, I went back to eating bread and butter when I got home... haha!

What an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

Review:
Los Corales Village Punta Cana - Original -is a wonderful place to stay with direct access to the beach,The houses are clean, comfortable, and located very close to the beach. Everything works perfectly, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The breakfast is tasty, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. Special thanks to Rosa, the property manager, for her kindness and great service. Definitely will come again!

Guest UserThe facility outside is well kept, the cleanses in the room could be better. We had the ceiling fan, the phone in the room and a faucet leaking in the bathroom and it didn’t get addressed until the next day.
After it was fix it was all better.
I would recommend to stay here it. You will have plenty to do, plenty to see and good food.

Hotel El Imperio is a good place for a short stay or for taking tours in Punta Cana. While its location isn't the best, it's easy to get to by public transport (Uber or taxi).
The breakfast was a highlight. The cleanliness of the facilities could be improved.
