I stayed at HYPE STATES Cali and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped — there is a kitchen, a comfortable bed, a balcony, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean, and the interior looks new and thoughtfully designed.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. The location is also excellent — the hotel is in a good area of the city, with restaurants, attractions, and nice places to walk nearby.
I would also like to highlight the stable Wi-Fi and the cozy atmosphere — perfect both for relaxing and for working. There is also a small pool and a terrace where it’s nice to relax after a busy day.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Cali: comfortable rooms, a good location, and attentive staff. I would happily stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to other travelers.

This hotel is very surprising. The appearance is like a small castle. The internal environment is retro and elegant, with winding paths. There is a security guard at the door to help you get your luggage to the room. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the stay is too short. I have the opportunity to stay next time.

Hotel muy bien situado y seguro.
Habitación muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Baño antiguo con bañera. Ausencia de amenities de baño. Y un problema grande: no había en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu teléfono.
Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestó el suyo.
Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo.
El bar cierra pronto

Anonymous UserThe room was nice, but it was a bit noisy at night when there was a song and dance performance. But it is convenient in every aspect, there is a shopping mall downstairs. Lots to eat. Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no drinking bottled water in the room.

The climate in Cali is really pleasant. The free drinks from the hotel are great. The hotel decoration is a bit old, but the room space is large. The bad thing is that the upstairs is renovated during the day on the second day of the stay. It is very noisy and affects rest and work. It is promised to inform the room before 12 noon, but there is no notice until 1 pm. I went directly to the front desk to find the lobby manager to solve it. Later, I changed a room. The response speed of South Americans was indeed OK.

Es un hotel en términos general bien su restaurante es demasiado impersonal tarda mucho el servicio precisamente por lo amplio el gran ***** ***** es el servicio de parqueadero es increíble q te descrimine si reservas por la app y además de esto tengas q pagar una parte siendo el parqueadero del mismo hotel además los empleados son muy irregulares en su atención
