GGuest UserThis hotel is very surprising. The appearance is like a small castle. The internal environment is retro and elegant, with winding paths. There is a security guard at the door to help you get your luggage to the room. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the stay is too short. I have the opportunity to stay next time.

Habitación muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Baño antiguo con bañera. Ausencia de amenities de baño. Y un problema grande: no había en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu teléfono.
Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestó el suyo.
Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo.
El bar cierra pronto

RRitazhou0527The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

However, there was no WiFi signal in the room. I had to sit on the sofas and connect my laptop and phone to the sockets and work from the corridor under the supervision of those passing by...
The signal coverage was clearly done by amateurs.
Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, croissant, papaya slices, drink (very good cocoa).
