HabitaciĂłn muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Baño antiguo con bañera. Ausencia de amenities de baño. Y un problema grande: no habĂa en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu telĂ©fono.
Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestĂł el suyo.
Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo.

AAnonymous UserThe climate in Cali is really pleasant. The free drinks from the hotel are great. The hotel decoration is a bit old, but the room space is large. The bad thing is that the upstairs is renovated during the day on the second day of the stay. It is very noisy and affects rest and work. It is promised to inform the room before 12 noon, but there is no notice until 1 pm. I went directly to the front desk to find the lobby manager to solve it. Later, I changed a room. The response speed of South Americans was indeed OK.

However, there was no WiFi signal in the room. I had to sit on the sofas and connect my laptop and phone to the sockets and work from the corridor under the supervision of those passing by...
The signal coverage was clearly done by amateurs.
Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, croissant, papaya slices, drink (very good cocoa).
