Maybe it's because it's Asian, but when you check in, you don't explain the facilities well, and you don't check the details before you ask for a receipt when you check out. At the beach house restaurant, it's called Walk-In Welcome, but there's no seat. It may not have been, but even if I came on time for the reservation, I was guided to the corner. (Even though it was the end of dinner time, it was a reservation seat and there was no other table) The natural scenery and lobby were good, but considering the price or the expectations for the Ritz-Carlton brand, the attitude and cleanliness of the staff are unfortunate.

Since it is a timeshare vacation club hotel, the suites basically come with a kitchen and all Western cooking utensils, everything you need! There is also a washing machine and dryer. It will be fine in a while!). The three outdoor swimming pools are suitable for children to the elderly to play and swim, and are equipped with hot water massage pools and saunas (dry steam, wet steam). The Disney hotel in Hawaii truly lived up to its name – sunshine, beaches, coconut trees, and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.
