At the beach house restaurant, it's called Walk-In Welcome, but there's no seat. It may not have been, but even if I came on time for the reservation, I was guided to the corner. (Even though it was the end of dinner time, it was a reservation seat and there was no other table) The natural scenery and lobby were good, but considering the price or the expectations for the Ritz-Carlton brand, the attitude and cleanliness of the staff are unfortunate.
