5-Star Hotels in Honolulu

First of all, the scenery is so perfect. The beach in front of the hotel is good, and the view from the pool is so beautiful. Maybe it was because the old resort was acquired from Ritz-Carlton, but I saw a lot of regrets. 1. Cleanliness - The grass and hair in the room towels came out and it was difficult to use, so the pool towels felt rather clean. 2. Toilet - The shower room is too narrow and attached to the toilet, so it is very inconvenient to go back and forth. I think it's probably an old room feature even if it's remodeled. 3. Friendly staff - I've been to Ritz-Carlton, another city, and it's the first time I've been to a place that's not as friendly as here. Maybe it's because it's Asian, but when you check in, you don't explain the facilities well, and you don't check the details before you ask for a receipt when you check out. At the beach house restaurant, it's called Walk-In Welcome, but there's no seat. It may not have been, but even if I came on time for the reservation, I was guided to the corner. (Even though it was the end of dinner time, it was a reservation seat and there was no other table) The natural scenery and lobby were good, but considering the price or the expectations for the Ritz-Carlton brand, the attitude and cleanliness of the staff are unfortunate.

The Disney hotel in Hawaii truly lived up to its name – sunshine, beaches, coconut trees, and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, I instantly transformed from a ”human” to a ”human,” especially enjoying the interactive activities with the Disney characters. It was a truly magical three days! I definitely want to come back again!

It will be fine in a while!). The three outdoor swimming pools are suitable for children to the elderly to play and swim, and are equipped with hot water massage pools and saunas (dry steam, wet steam). In short, this hotel is very suitable for couples, couples, second and third generations to travel together! In addition, there is a difference between sea view rooms and mountain view rooms, but they can also be balanced by spending more time outdoors. It is recommended that friends who have been to Waikiki Beach in Honolulu give this place a try, you will definitely have a different feeling!

The service, facilities, and amenities were all perfect. This hotel made for a fantastic trip. If only I had more money, I'd stay here for three days or more. The pool was also fantastic.
