5-Star Hotels in Antalya

After our wedding, my husband and I were exhausted from the long flight and overnight bus travel. We were so touched and happy that the hotel upgraded our room and beautifully decorated our bedroom as a honeymoon service. Out of the three accommodations we stayed at in Turkey, this was the only one that decorated for our honeymoon. The staff were also very friendly. The all-inclusive package was absolutely worth every penny. However, the massages are expensive and not really worth the price. I had two massages, and the second one felt like an even bigger waste of money. The Hammam, in particular, isn't really worth getting. You could get a much higher quality and longer massage for the same price at a Korean bathhouse or a different massage parlor. Also, it was disappointing that they always cut the massage short by 5 minutes, especially considering it wasn't cheap. Aside from that, everything else was great! There are smoking areas scattered throughout, which is great for smokers but might be a bit uncomfortable for non-smokers.

The hotel has very good food, amazing drinks, and the staff were excellent and always helpful. I would give 5 stars for the food, drinks, and service. The hotel area and pools also look nice during the day. Unfortunately, there were some serious issues during our stay. During the night, the hallway near our room was full of insects that looked similar to ants. Also, from around 22:00 until even 03:00, there were construction works happening nearby. The vibrations and noise were extremely strong — everything in the room was shaking, making it very difficult to sleep. It also looked like the works would continue for a long time. Another disappointing thing was that the swimming pools close after 19:00, which is very early for a resort hotel, especially in warm weather. Because of that, I would only give 1 star for the pool availability

The transportation here is pretty convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Hadrian's Gate, and public transport is okay. The hotel's location is also quite good, with some small convenience stores nearby and decent food and drink options. Breakfast was fine, and the service was good.

My stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly exceptional. I spent 4 wonderful days at the resort and enjoyed every moment from the very first minute. The staff were outstanding. Every employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, it felt as though they were already waiting to provide support before I even asked. The Kids Club deserves special recognition. The staff there treated the children with incredible care and warmth. Their kindness and attention made us feel like they were part of our own family, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the children. The food was another highlight of our stay. The variety was impressive, and it was almost impossible not to find something you would enjoy. Every meal offered plenty of choices and excellent quality. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were beyond expectations. The reception team made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated, creating a memorable first impression that lasted throughout the entire stay. For families with young children, especially those under 4 years old, this resort is a perfect destination. There are so many activities and facilities that you hardly need to leave the property at all. I honestly believe this is a place I will visit again, and I expect to return more than once over the next two years. The hotel was a relaxing environment, mostly for guests over 40 and families. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely attentive and polite. I don't think young people would benefit much from this hotel. It was a decent hotel, I liked it (relaxing). Thank you very much to all the staff, they were doing their job very well.

Great hotel, I will most likely come back when it's hotter. The pool water was too cold for me. My kids loved the kids club, they had lots of activities like face painting, t-shirt making & pizza making. I was unaware that the sauna and steam room in the spa were free of charge. What I didn't like there was always a 15min queue for Starbucks, getting used to the times facilities open and close was pretty annoying, there are 8 or 9 different opening/closing times. The food needs more seasoning; there's a lot of choice, but it's bland. The Wet ' N Wild area has the best food.

Everything's great! This isn't my first time staying here. There are pros and cons, but I like it. Last time, my impression was spoiled by some very loud German-speaking women who quieted down after 11 PM. I thought that's what German upbringing is all about, but alas, they showed up out of nowhere at 2 AM, screaming terribly! I had to knock on the wall.

The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me. However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away. The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me. In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂

One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish hamam, which provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything felt fresh and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of high quality, with a diverse selection of delicious and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, my experience at Renex Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
