The location of the hotel is great. Cleanliness and service are normal. However, it is a very old hotel. It can satisfy your expectations.

The air conditioner worked only for 1 day then it didn’t work , when the staff were contacted they even didn’t care that we had children that may need AC to sleep at night ! The other issue that the maintenance is very bad for all gardens in the outside areas and for the rooms from inside and the furniture is very old as well and need alot of renovation. And the service all over is very weak and even when you try to call by phone no body will answer the call . Allover we were very frustrated in an experience like this in a 4 star hotel which is acting as a 1 or no star hotel !

This hotel claims to be 5 star. Absolutely not! This is a 3 star hotel. In room wifi is no grade (no streaming here). Bathroom is in rough shape and while I appreciate this is the offseason the hotel is very dark….especially the Spa/gym area. I can not recommend this hotel except to say that staff are good.

Lovely hotel! I would greatly recommend!Food was lovely! Service excellent. No worries at all. Rooms excellent too. Wa there for a week stay in a group and really enjoyed our stay.Rooms very clean. Gardens lovely to walk.

Very nice hotel with excellent rooms and view. Restaurants very clean with good choice of food. The decor is very pleasant. The dining room has a choice of indoor and outdoor seating. The reception is very large and airy. There are parrots in cages in the lobby

We were only here for one night but would have liked to have stayed longer. Our room was large and well appointed (safe, hairdryer, slippers, soap, etc) with some extras, a washing line over the bath and a long mirror (which pleased my wife as she could see how her clothes looked). There was plenty of hot water but, one down side, there was no plug in the bathroom sink. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were clean and of a good size. There were ample sun loungers. Other facilities were pool tables, tennis courts and golf. Everything you could need. The buffet food was plentiful and varied and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A very good stay.

Good rooms, excellent food, attentive staff. The hotel was clean and well equipped. Nice spacious hotel with good pool area and comfortable lounge. Nice sunsets over the mountains. Transport needed for the beach but close to the city and football stadium.
