Antalya|2.31km from Ataturk Parkı
Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill. Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl. I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

This was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.

Booked this hotel last minute as first hotel booked was absolutely atrocious. Checked in 20 mins into booking the hotel. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, they have a valet parking service where you just leave your keys at reception and they sort out the rest. Highly recommend. Though the breakfast could be better. For instance a toaster, more variety of drinks such as juice. But other than that would definitely visit again.

A good hotel, corresponds to the declared level. The room has a mini refrigerator, teapot, glasses, tea, drinking water, flat tv, balcony, climate control (night was warm), single-shoot slippers. Rest in early January a good pressure of hot water! The view from room 1604 is stunning on a mortar, in the morning you can meet dawn, and in the evening sunset. The location of the hotel is convenient for walking, up the street from the hotel bus stop to any part of Antalya, down the street - tram stop, parks.. to Kaleichi (port Marina) 15 - 20 min walking, to the beach of Conyalta 30 minutes walking, or on the tram / bus. Staff responsive, hated, all matters are quickly resolved. Food has not been ordered because it was oriented to walk, and the cafe with affordable prices in Antalya is very much. Yes, by the way, they were settled in 9.00 instead of 14.00 (no extra payment) and at request changed the room with a view to the minaret (the southern part) - too without a surcharge... the whole day was in the room sunny in January it is especially pleasant, the mood immediately becomes better! Cleaning in the room daily, filling water, tea ... With the weather lucky with 02.01.2022 - 07.01.2022 +15° +20° in the sun, a couple of times short rain.. and here with 08.01.2022 began a streaming rain.. jumped) I definitely recommend the hotel.

A good hotel with a really affordable price tag. Located 15 minutes from the historic city center. Very friendly staff. Stable wi-fi. If you are looking for an inexpensive option, but close to the main attractions, then this hotel is a great solution.
