MMartin VerreaultIt was my third trip with my gf to this hotel and we loved it every single time. The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly kind, and the cocktails are diversified and delicious
The only suggestion I could make to make the experience even better would be a nice espresso/coffee machine experience. Generally speaking, when they make a latte/capuccino or any other type of speciality coffee the foam
Is not totally adequate and the milk used is a bit too sweet for Some reason. But this is just my personal preference! :)
I would recommend this hotel to everybody that want to enjoy a quiet/romantic time with his/her partner

AAnonymous UserI have stayed in some top hotels. This is undoubtedly the overseas hotel with the best value for money and the best service I have ever stayed in. It includes free park tickets. Other hotels pick up from the airport by shuttle bus or the like. This one is a Model Every employee around the clock is enthusiastic and serious. They also speak the best English among the Ten Days Inn in Mexico.

我我。I left the Maya Riviera hotel on the morning of November 14, and when I checked in and left the hotel, I found that I had about 300 dollars less in my wallet. The thing is: I took a taxi to the hotel when I checked in, I paid the fare in cash dollars, so I remember there were a few hundred dollars in my wallet, and the hotel was all inclusive, so I didn't have any cash consumption during my stay. I left the hotel in the morning to go to the airport because I had to take a taxi, I wanted to prepare the dollar cash in advance, and when I opened my wallet I found that there were thirty dollars in the cockroach. During my stay at the hotel, my wallet was in my bag and my bag was on the hotel room table. During this period, the service staff of the hotel cleaning room can enter my room and take the dollars in my wallet. Because I had to catch a plane in the morning, I told the hotel staff that I didn't have time to call the police. Traveling to Mexico still has to pay attention to property and personal safety.

WWEIMINThe hotel is in the large park of Kaman Beach. There are many luxury hotels around. There are many golf courses. The hotel is a holiday nature and there are many recreational items. Please don't compare with the city business hotel. The balcony has bird droppings and the room has spiders. Normal, because the hotel is covered by the jungle, there are many flora and fauna, the breakfast is good, dinner is better, there are many restaurants and pools, the beach and sea are medium!

AAlisha Corine VictoriaIt was AMAZING! I had such a great time there! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I made sure to eat and drink as much as possible, I think I ate too much! There is only a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner at the restaurants. It's à la carte (if you paid for the package) and you can order as much food as you want. Mexican food for lunch and Italian or Mexican food for dinner (you have to book for dinner). I also love that the rooftop bar has unlimited great food for the whole day. The pool area was nice and so was the furniture. My room was huge and very spacious, I did not have the best view which didn't matter because I was upstairs on the rooftop for most of the time. They also stock the room fridge with soft drinks and beer which are unlimited. Each floor has a water cooler machine and an ice machine which was great when it came to refilling my water bottles. I think it's a great idea instead of the single use water bottles. I highly recommend staying here, my only regret was not staying here longer. I will be back in the future!

GGuest UserPros - the staff is all wonderful. The resort has been recently renovated so it’s in relatively good condition.
Cons - the food isn’t great… I would call it mediocre verging on poor. The a la carte restaurants weren’t great either and I would call the booking system/insane red tape process to visit the a la carte restaurants off putting, verging on insane.
I probably won’t be back for the above stated reasons, but I must reiterate that all of the service staff were truly lovely and no question the highlight of the trip.

GGuest UserLarge complex with several pools and dining options, though some amenities not available due to covid. Generally helpful and kind staff, one gentleman at the concierge wasn't the best but the manager was great! The beach had lots of space, places to sit and staff available for beverage service. Overall a nice place to stay!
